Live in Miramar Beach about 50% of my time starting in January 2024. I've been looking for an urgent care to provide me with my monthly shots. Found Palmetto from a Google search. Called them and was greeted by an incredibly nice individual on the phone. I explained my situation, and she told me to come on in to get it done. From the time I arrived, I was greeted by an awesome staff. The facility was extremely clean and professionally done. I would invite everyone in the destin and Miramar Beach needing assistance to give Palmetto a try. Perfect patient experience.

OMGOSH! AWESOME!! I've been going here for 20 plus years as needed. I have insurance but my in network providers can't compare! Instant care..no waiting days weeks months to get in. No rushing you out the room and out the door. They listen and they care!!!

Wonderful experience. Clean office. Quick service. Lovely, personable, compassionate practitioner. Thanks for taking care of my daughter. They do not accept insurance so had to pay out of pocket but it’s worth it. Hopefully I never need these services again, but if I do I would come back here.

Palmetto Urgent Care is the most amazing clinic you can go to on the Panhandle in Destin Florida. YVETTE, BOBBI, and ANGIE are the most wonderful, compassionate, caring, thorough, knowledgeable doctors that you could ever ask for. The nurses and front desk are also hands down just
AMAZING! The wait time is very minimal compared to an ER in the area. I am always in and out within a hour at most. Thank you Palmetto Urgent Care for always being there for me.

I am very impressed with Palmetto medical clinic! Bobbie Sue Pearson was my medical provider and she took a lot of time with me to address my concerns. I left feeling so happy to have this walk in clinic that’s reasonable and thorough. From the front desk lady and nurse.. everyone was so kind. A give them 5 stars gladly!

LET ME JUST SAY- this is the best walk-in clinic I have went to. I was on vacation and needed to visit somewhere that would get me in and out quickly- cause no one wants to spend time away from the fun stuff :). But anywho i saw reviews about this clinic and tried it.

When I walked in it was super clean and looked professional. The receptionist was super friendly and they opened right on time. I was seen in just five minutes after I walked in.

Dr. Angie was fantastic. She was able to see what my concerns were and guided me in deciding what I needed. She not only had everything I needed at the clinic she also educated me on what I could do to help for the future.

It was a wonderful experience. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you go visit the location in Destin Florida.
