We were very impressed by the location, facility layout, garden setting and capable staff. It’s never a happy experience when a family member goes into a care facility, but the Palm Terrace was exceptional in every respect. Knowing our brother was in capable hands and in very pleasant surroundings means so much.

I was required to spend 3 weeks at Palm Terrace for medical reasons. I found the facility excellent. It is light and bright, and spotlessly clean, and it is odor free. It is well staffed, and the staff was not only friendly but caring, and incredibly helpful regardless of the situation. This was true both with me and other patients who I observed. Additionally, it was clear that the organization cared about the patient’s medical condition, monitoring it closely. The meals were usually acceptable or better, and they were quite willing to modify a meal at the patient’s request. Finally, the physical therapy department was outstanding, with a staff who thoughtfully and carefully tailored the therapy to the requirement and ability of each patient. If the need arose, I would certainly elect to return to Palm Terrace again.

The. Rehab at Palm Terrace is outstanding. I have had Jordan and Michael who are excellent Physical Therapists. . They are considerate but give you a great workout. The facility is nice and all the therapists are pleasant and helpful. If you need therapy this is an excellent choice.

Maria is the most conscientious keeper of Her patients & Her rooms. She takes tremendous pride in Her work & in the cleanliness & organization of Her rooms & patients, always with the best attitude & professionalism.

Roger is the best night nurse for men. He is always on top of patient needs & does everything with a top notch attitude of respect & professionalism.

Lavonna is the #1 drug dispensary nurse. She is timely & never forgets. Lavonna clearly is concerned with every patient’s individual needs. She displays upmost of professional character.

Jordan and Regie have done an amazing job with my husband! He wasn't able to walk when he started working with them, but after only one month he regained so much mobility.
In just 20 days, he went from being unable to walk to being able to make breakfast yesterday. Jordan and Regie consistently checked his blood pressure, asked about his overall health, and encouraged him to move. This approach was incredibly effective and helped him build the confidence to stop using his cane and walker.
We truly appreciate their extra effort and dedication to his recovery. Thanks to them, he is much more mobile and independent now.
