Dr Garcia-sentient is the best weight loss treatment dr I have met. The best family care dr I have been to yet, the staff is great. Easy to book appointments and really easy to communicate with the dr at any time. I really recommend this office.would give then 10 stars if I could.

I have been seen by him before, a few years back to bad he does not accept my Health Insurance I would see him again in a beat!! He is the only physician that put me on my most needed high blood pressure medication and still on it, while I was on denial.

Dr. Juan Carlos Rey is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. He is a foul mouthed and rude “profesional” to his patients. Despite me raising my health concerns, he willfully ignored them and proceeded to worry about legal action taken against him.This being my first visit I am in shock that he would accuse me of such when my only goal was to ensure my well being. Do not waste your time or money on Dr. Juan Carlos Rey who clearly cares more about lawyers and money than his patients health.

WOW!!! This must have been THE WORST experience/CS I have ever encountered through phone. The lowest class to have been found from Cuba and that’s what represents your practice Such an unpleasant look! A patient in need, and I was completely neglected and disrespected by such a rude and ill spoken person! HORRIBLE! Happy holidays and thanks for nothing!
Unfortunately, this is not “another account”; and truly apologize if Dr Rey is part of a doctors group. You may not be at fault for what goes on in the office while you’re gone. At first I spoke to a woman, and she put me on hold after I kindly asked her to check my insurance before assuming I couldn’t see you (I say you because it’s who THEY BOTH kept referring to). Than, an obnoxious male answered. He rudely told me that I HAVE to pay 80 dollars in order to be seen by YOU, because they had no time or care to check any insurance; AND, that if I wanted to be seen that I needed to hurry up because the Dr was leaving on vacation at 12. I wish it wasn’t me who had that encounter. I am not a fake account nor have I EVER done anything like this. So, again, my apologies if this may be offensive to anyone; but what happen to me today is completely and totally unacceptable. No one should be treated that way! Especially not a desperate patient seeking help!

In all honesty, I never complain about anything, but this particular time I actually googled this doctor to see if there were any reviews of him. I went in feeling bad, my stomach was hurting and they did some ct scans and blood work. He Came back with the results with such a sarcastic way. He said" how do you feel?" I said " not well", he said in a very sarcastic way, well, you dont have anything, you are fine, you are probably like this because of the way you eat..." He was very dry and didnt seem to care at all. Basically laughing in my face, like if I was lying, I saw a gastro and they found occult blood in my stool and C-reactive protein was super high meaning there is something wrong in the body. What i didnt like was the fact that he dismissed me like if I didnt have anything, cold and dry, felt horrible when I left. Dont recommend at all.
