Palm medical at East Colonial is a very friendly Family atmosphere. from the moment you walk in someone greets you so respectful and friendly. The waiting area is really very nice. They have coffee with cups that have lids. The staff and the doctors are A + . If you’re looking for a family friendly atmosphere that has professional friendly doctor’s , Palm medical East Colonial is the place to be. Those that know me know I don’t give recommendations or publicize any place for anyone . I felt I had to share my Awesome experience at Plam Medical East colonial. You can check it out for yourself. You won’t regret it.

Few days ago I gave a 1 star review to this clinic, but now I'm changing my previous review to 5 STARS.
I went to the office for the 3rd time because the front desk ladies wasn't taking care of my prescription neither referral.
I was running out of my blood pressure medication and I was worried because of the w/end.
I was looking for the office manager to complain about all my issues but what a GREAT surprise, I meet Chris the New office manager, WOW what a turn around , best customer service ever, he immediately took care of my prescription and my referral ( I was waiting for 1 month on my referral and 1 week on my prescription with the past administration)
Chris knows how to listen to your issues without interrupting, it seems that he does care about your health.
I will recommend this clinic to anyone looking for good doctors and customer service.
It's not pleasant that when you're not feeling well you still have to take bad attitude.
I will give 10 stars to Chris but since I can't, here more stars *
I will invite those people who gave 1 STAR like me to give another change and visit the office again like I did, you will be Surprised.

I had to cancel my appointment that I had scheduled for a month. I was self-pay and without notification said I needed insurance or I can't see the doctor. I guess they do not actually care about their patients. Not to mention the last time I was there I had to wait two hours to be seen by the doctor despite having an appointment scheduled. Do not give Palm Medical your business, they might just have you wait to see the doctor for hours, change your payment method without notification, or tell you last minute that the doctor left for the day and wont be seeing you and you need to reschedule again... Worst doctor's practice I have ever been to in my life.

I've had many situations regarding the administration at this office too many to mention. The bottom line is I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone who has chronic medical conditions. To be a patient at this office you really have to have a lot of patience and tolerance.

When I speak up for myself I'm the mean one
I asked for transportation at last minute because my insurance transaction never arrives on time
Then when I asked for a referral to see kidney Dr they telling me lies saying I need blood work first but kidney Dr had already did lab work on me I had to go in follow up with kidney dr they are playing with people's lives even though I cancelled lab work then I agreed to come in and lady says she gonna call for transportation and never did instead she lied saying they don't have the all the equipment to do blood work

Then they thought I hung up the phone but I didn't I can hear her laughing at me saying she quacks me up

Horrible experience. They refuse patients from their other branches even when it’s an emergency. If you already have us as a patient in your system why the heck can’t I be seen.

Dr.Felix and his staff are some of the worst I’ve come across. I was seen last Monday and he put in a prescription supposedly when I was there but the pharmacy never received it called every day to find out what is going on and they tell me that the Dr never put it through. They tell me the same thing they will send a request to the Dr to have it handled ASAP still nothing 8 days later. No professionalism and very rude the girl at the front has no respect and shows she doesn’t care and always seems annoyed. I would not recommend this DR at all. He doesn’t give any suggestions when you tell him what you are feeling and doesn’t listen at all. Always feel rushed and my questions ALWAYS go unanswered….. Do your self a favor and just.find a new dr that actually listens and cares…. Maybe it’s better for seniors here but not for younger adults unfortunately.

Dr Cotto really listens. He gives each patient the time they need. Makes you feel like you’re the only patient at the office. He has a gentle tone in his voice. Diana or maybe her name is Diane……helped me immensely.
