The most rude staff, they put you on hold forever. Then Juan Hang up the call. They can’t call a pharmacy for regular prescription. They offer to go emerger gen y instead helping with the rx.

I wish I could give an actual review on the service but just getting an appointment is like pulling teeth. I have called 4 times now and have got no where with getting an appointment for a new patient. They claim only one person on site can create new patient accounts. Every time I call they tell me they will take my information and relay it to the social worker and have her call me. Nothing. Monday will be my last attempt. I cannot believe the incompetence. Corporate needs to get this figured out on how to get new patients in faster and more efficiently.

Dr Fundora is absolutely incredible, very knowledgeable and caring and her entire staff is amazing too, highly recommended. The receptionists and even the security guards are extremely helpful and friendly, they always remember me when I come in and they’ve all always gone above and beyond to make each experience as easy and stress free as possible.

Great service. Every time my grandmother comes in they are very patient with her and all her needs while visiting the establishment. They make her feel at home and like family and that’s peace of mind for my mother and uncle. Thank you guys very much Miami location.

The clinic is amazing and staff wow all the girls in the front desk very helpful and knowledgeable the clinic is clean and organized the administrator is amazing very helpful there was a misunderstanding with my apportionment and she help to look for a space and the Dr. Aylin Fundora is amazing I feel in love with her kindness she really care about your health and informs you to the T and did not get frustrate if you don’t understand the clinic is a 10/10
