This place is awful. From the Office Manager to the Doc. They have left me out here with extreme pain only to reschedule the appointment I have been waiting for as I need pain management. I went before for this, Dr. Sara stretched and twisted my leg and declared it arthritis. How would he know!? Now it’s worse. Never bothered to investigate further. He said my Kidney Functions were off but it was probably a false test. What!? There is so much more. My neighbors quit going there for basically the same reason, poor patient care. Do not go there.

Great place that my husband and I always go for treatment and healing. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Rhoula is amazing !! Very caring, and dedicated. She listens, answers questions, and goes above and beyond to solve your health issues..

Front office staff (Edna & Claudia) were very good and attentive and made me feel comfortable. Dr Cotto was ver thorough and easy to speak with. He took his time with me on getting all my details.

Don’t ever use this group for your PCP. I’ve been a patient in this group for 10 years currently in the hospital expecting to be discharged needed to see my doctor only to be told by the nasty staff that they no longer take my insurance and I should’ve been told They are a horrible office stay far away and I’m putting in numerous complaints

I AM SO UPSET YOU dropped Aetna!! I have a docs office across the street from my neighborhood, walking distance! I have a WOOOONDERFUL doctor! Dr Desai!! And you're MAKING ME change clinics or join HUMANA! WHY I left United Healthcare for Aetna.... AND YOU PULL THIS? I love my PMC place! Dr Desai is a GREAT doctor! The staff and I get along! YOU RUINED IT!

My experience at Palm Medical Center was top notch. At first look, I noticed that the facility was immaculate. The waiting room was ample with access to an in lobby and very clean restroom. Never have I been so impressed by the quality of patient care and attention. To me, this facility is the best in the Davenport area. From the minute you walk in, you notice the attention they give you. Starting with Ruth at the front desk greeting you to their center manager Erica is professional, engaging and polite. My medical assistant, Juleyka was pleasant and kind, and physician Dr. Aquino was very knowledgeable and Professional. She took the time to thoroughly discuss any and everything about my ailments. She also explained how we would be addressing the issues that were afflicting me, while being very courteous and polite. Overall, I can say that I felt very grateful and confident about my decision to become a patient of and join the Palm Medical clinic. My advice for everyone in the Davenport community, who is searching for a top notch managed care facility is to definitely check this one out. For some time, I had been looking for such a facility, and I’m very happy with the choice I’ve made.

My experiences with Palm Medical Administration has been horrible for many reasons, There have been repeated situations too much to itemize, involving Medical Clearance, Lab request, referrals, etc. that was handled very inefficiently despite many phone calls and visits to the office as reminders. I will NOT recommend Palm Medical to any patient.
