Kaitlyn Jones and staff in this facility is “beyond 5 stars”. The staff is very sweet and kind. They actually respond to your calls unlike my last Doctor. This is the best Doctors office I’ve found in this valley. Coming from a medical background myself it’s been hard for me to find a competitive and professional but mostly a humane doctor in Palm Springs. I typically love seeing Nurse Practitioners and Kaitlyn is kind and actually listens. I love that they have Saturdays urgent care. Thank you to the beautiful staff and Kaitlyn!!!

My neighbor is a friend of Azma’s, and that was how I found her. When I was told about her office, I was warned about the front staff, but I figured no big deal. I consulted for Dr practices for 20 years. I’m good!

I was put on a 4 month wait list and could not wait that long. So when I contacted my insurance to change PCP, again, they asked why I was doing it. I told them they were accepting patients, but you can’t get an appointment for 4+ months out. I needed to see some sooner.

I am not going to tell you what all I have put through in dealing with the little Nazis that run the front office, but picking and choosing which prescriptions to cancel when they canceled my account was just one of the mean things they did. Not all, of them; just some I have been on for 15+ years.

I never got to see Dr. Kazi, and I told my neighbor I wouldn’t have anything to do with any Dr that allows a bunch of young, uneducated, and rude people to run their office. The last note I got from them was 4 months after I had already changed PCP. They were canceling my account because I complained to the insurance company, meanwhile all I did was change my PCP. I did not complain at all!!

Please ask around and read about practices. There are many patients that will put up with that crap. There are fabulous doctors that work at welcoming new patients, everywhere!

I see Kaitlyn Jones here and I think she’s just wonderful. She’s caring and compassionate.

Today, I had my appointment with her and she took my concerns seriously and it feels like she truly cares.

Everyone in the office is kind. From the woman who took my blood pressure to the woman working in the front. Also, I never have to wait long. I feel taken care of here.

Dr Kazi has been my primary care physician for the last 10 years, and has consistently given me amazing care. I have a lot of health issues and he has played a key role, in getting my overall health on the right track. It’s very easy to get an appointment and his nurse practitioners are just as trustworthy and thorough as he is.

Very sad to report that the administrative staff is horrible. Dr. Kazi and NP are terrific. Back office is also on point. The administrative staff is not friendly nor do they endeavor to be. I have had to make a total of 4 phone calls to get a pre authorization sent in to my insurance company for medication. I have sent numerous texts through their electronic message system. No response or action taken. I was told two weeks ago that they dropped the ball and forgot to submit, today I was told the same. My pharmacy confirmed that they reached out to them twice. No response. When I requested an office manager I was told “she is not in the office and she doesn’t have a voicemail”. The girl “Alex” who took my call was extremely rude and talked over me the entirety of the call. I recommend that your front office staff learn how to de-escalate situations, stop talking over patients expressing concerns, and learn about patient retention. I’m just trying to get my very much needed medication and I have a right to be frustrated. It’s been a month with numerous follow ups.

Although I don’t always see my Dr Kazi his Physician Assistant.
Works just fine,as he does. If not better. 😅 lol jk. Her name is Katelynn Jones.
I’d like to say that I am very happy with Katelynn treatment with me and all that she has done to get me back on a healthy lifestyle. 😇I
