I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the care I’ve received at this office. The space itself is beautiful, and the staff is both professional and friendly. The nurse practitioners here, under the supervision of Dr. Dudley, are extremely competent and attentive. Having lived in Florida for four years, I’ve heard horror stories from neighbors about their experiences with doctors and emergency rooms, which makes me even more thankful to be under the care of this office.
Phone calls are answered or returned promptly, and the patient portal is incredibly convenient. Our nurse practitioner, Dr. Huber, is phenomenal—I truly can’t express enough gratitude for her care. In my experience,
I have never encountered issues with the front office or insurance billing. The ladies are polite and friendly.
I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, and I understand that issues can arise, but I don’t believe any of these discrepancies are intentional. The staff here manages a high volume of patients daily and, like anyone, they can sometimes feel overwhelmed. I think it’s important to show them patience and understanding. A little kindness goes a long way.

My issue is with billing. Recently, August 2024, got a bill from Dec 2021 related to my annual physical. I was told it was my insurance. I decided to pay it after much pondering.
I was still getting calls from the office and after a few missed call I return their call to inform them the bill was paid. I was surprised to hear the recent calls were now related to my Dec 2022 physical. I decided to call the insurance as this all seemed strange.
The insurance rep was not sure what was happening and decided to call the doctor’s office.
The insurance rep informed me it was the office that put the bills into action as related to the 2022 bill, during my physical I talked about something else. I took no prescription or consult for whatever it was, according to BCBS, but I now have to pay the copay for the visit. They were unable to look into the 2021 visit because I already paid that bill.
I am taken aback with this practice by Palm Beach Wellness. Honesty is the best of policy and I will pay for the service when provided, but to be blindsided years later is really discouraging.

Practitioners are good enough. The office staff is completely unorganized, unprofessional, and rude! You consistently speak with a different person, there is limited communication between office staff so if you are told one thing you will get a different answer from another person. Forget about trying to resolve an issue with insurance and these people. Limited accountability and generally an attitude of “we don’t need you, find another provider if you’re unhappy.” Typical Florida service model. Do better!

This office was absolutely amazing years ago when Dr. Dudley was the main practitioner. He is a great doctor and things were always easy. I was dropped from being able to see him 2-3 years ago as he now only does a specialized program which costs thousands of dollars a year (was pretty shocked to see doctors can just drop you in order to see clients that were willing to shell out more $). This slightly rubbed me the wrong way but I continued to go to Palm Beach Wellness. I went on to see John and the practitioner Silva (Silva is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise).

The new doctors I see now are OK. No huge complaints. My biggest issues is with the front desk as well as the billing department. Let me start off with the billing department. They billed my old insurance 3 times, and then came to me and said I owe over $1,000. I gave them my new insurance to run (which took months). I then call to make a new appointment and confirmed the balance was taken care of (they advised my balance was $0.00). One week later I get a call from the billing department saying they had not fully processed it and that I owe ~$200 now. I ask why, and it was "because that's when the insurance pays". When speaking with billing, it feels like you're talking to someone that works at McDonalds and absolutely hates their job, not willing to help with a condescending attitude. I guess the only thing I could do was pay, which I did.

I went to the Palm Beach Wellness again, and guess what? Same story. Took them months to bill the insurance and now 6+ months after my visit I am getting calls saying I owe $100+. No big deal, but all my other doctors process these in a much more timely manner.

Here comes the real kicker. Palm Beach Wellness will not prescribe me any of my medications now unless you see them every time the refill expires, meanwhile I have been going there 7+ years. This is absolutely ridiculous as I cannot afford to pay hundreds of dollars every 3 months just to go in for 5-10 minutes and have them take vitals and write a prescription. This is starting to feel like cash grab and less focused on patient care.

I have been an I have been a patient to this practice for over 10 years. I have dealt with most of the doctors and I have been extremely happy for many years. Unfortunately I had the terrible experience of having to deal with one of their employees, Shay, this morning. I was less than greeted with a conversation that lasted about 30 seconds with Shay this morning. She was talking over me, although she told me I was rude and speaking over her. She put me on hold without saying anything. I am a patient and a human being. I am calling for sensitive matters regarding my prescription refills that have not been taken care of. I did not raise my voice nor say anything out of line to Shay. In no way was I aggressive, and I would be concerned for her position there as somebody to answer the phone. That person is dealing with elderly, people that are sick, and people that need sensitivity. I can only imagine how she treats people that are actually rude. She has a short fuse and should not be taking care of patients. I am displeased with her behavior, and as a patient there for a very long time the conversation I had with her makes me think about my continue care at this office.

Found Palm Beach wellness by doing some research on primary care physicians in my area, and I’m so glad I did! I saw John the PA for my annual physical and he was great! Dr. Dudley popped in to introduce himself as well which I really appreciate as a patient. All the staff was very friendly. They even have their own lab on site so you can do your annual bloodwork when you’re done with your appointment. Super easy and results came back the next day! Made me feel super comfortable and answered all my questions, thank you!

Let me start this off by saying Tahseen Silva is great! She is the nurse practitioner there. She is wonderful and very attentive. Unfortunately, the front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. Multiple problems while making appointments. They always have a nasty attitude and act like they don’t want to be there. I even called the office manager to speak with her about it but never received a call back. It’s unfortunate that a great nurse practitioner has such a horrible front desk staff and more than likely steers people away from wanting to come back.

My previous physician whom I went to for 15 years, retired a few years back. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Dudley. Dr. Dudley, John Nangle PA and the other members of their staff are excellent! They are very responsive, appointments are always on time, etc. My previous physician was outdated and I had take an entire morning or afternoon off from work to go. If I had the opportunity, I would have switched to Palm Beach Wellness long before.
