Outsourced call center are the worst idea ever. Telephone service is inconsistent and lousy.
As you can see other reviews are all over the place.
Clearly the worst when it comes to functioning telephone , you cant reach anyone with correct knowledge level.
Once you are in the facility, the staff are polite, helpful and truly professional. Emma, Jackie, every nurse, Dr. Mora and his team are great. Thank you.

my wife had surgery there on Dec 2nd.2024. The discharge nurse, Angie was rude and verbally abusive. She had hand surgery and was not able to put her long sleeve shirt on herself. Angie was angry that she had to help. In addition just handed her the discharge instructions with no explanation and did not help her finish dressing. She refused to let my wife go to the bathroom before taking her to the door and told my wife she could go to the bathroom at home. This is why I can't rate them beyond 2 stars. This is a sharp contrast to the nurse Emma and Dr. West who were both very nice.

My surgery went well, and the facility was very clean and seem to be very sterile! The staff was amazing and the nurses were just angels! Special shout out to Nurses John and Tabatha !!! The entire team that took care of me during my stay! I really appreciate everything that they did to help me feel comfortable, and to recover!

What an amazing facility. From the moment you walk in you a treated with such care and kindness. The nursing staff is amazing and takes care of your every need. They explain everything to you and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. I had a full knee replacement surgery and was able to walk and go home the same day pain free. Dr. Noble (my orthopedic surgeon) and Dr. West (my anesthesiologist) have a groundbreaking protocol for pain management. I went home the same day with no pain and no opioids. It was absolutely incredible.

After my surgery in Aug 2023 I was sent and email by Tameka Simpkins at their billing company advising me of the amount that was over paid. I must have emailed and called 20+ time and to date have had no call or email back to me a no refund, short of sitting in the waiting room I'm not sure what to do to receive my refund.

The surgery itself went great in February. It was a nice facility. However, I am having a problem getting my deposit back (it's December) after my insurance paid everything. Nobody will return my calls or answer the phone. It's very disappointing. I'd say find somewhere else to do the surgery and avoid putting down a deposit.

First class operation. Very clean and professional atmosphere. The Dr's who put this service together new exactly what was needed. Everyone there couldn't be nicer. They truly seem to enjoy their job helping others in their time of need. Their wasn't anyone there that I asked a question to and they did not know the answer. My wife felt quite comfortable dealing with everyone while I had my surgery. I hope to never visit there again. But, if I need to have something done I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I had surgery here earlier this week and was impressed by the level of care and cleanliness. I wasn't sure what to expect, but every nurse, doctor and staff member treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel comfortable. The set up is exactly what you need, nothing less. Nurses are very attentive and explain everything in detail. The doctors make you as pain free and worry free. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to go here, you won't be disappointed. I would take this over going to a hospital ANY day!
