We are so pleased with the care that my aunt is getting here! We don’t live nearby but we are able to see her participating in all the fun events they have for the residents in the videos Palm Bay Memory Care posts on their facebook page. Erika was amazing with my husband. She was patient and caring and continually trying to engage him in activities. She also kept me well informed with what was going on with him, which is more than I can say about where he is at now. My husband is young and physically fit and kept climbing the fence to get out. He would still be at Palm Bay Memory Care if they hadn’t required me to pay for one on one care 24 hours a day along with the facility fees.

I visited my Dad today for the first time since Grace took over. I couldn’t believe the amazing changes! Erika, the Executive Director, has stayed in contact from the moment Grace took over but we met her in person for the first time today. She was doing some kind of celebration for the staff but she took time to meet with us and she was so caring and helpful. The staff were all smiling and happy and I could tell they felt appreciated. What a great change! Then there was Thomas, the dining director, Wow! He came to meet with us with a pen and paper and took notes about what Dad likes and doesn’t like. We watched him with some of the residents. He loves them like they are his own grandparents! Living far away has been tough but now that we have met the new team, we are thrilled we made the choice to trust Palm Bay Memory Care with our Dad. Thank you!

Megan the Admissions Director at Palm Bay Memory Care was absolutely amazing with helping with my clients. We were transitioning my clients husband to their memory care. She was so caring and knowledgeable in her role. Megan helped with support on move-in day with a plan that made the wife feel at ease. Megan provided outstanding services and advice working with a crisis situation. I am a nurse and have been working as a consultant since 2018. I highly recommend this community. The care is in place, the staff genuinely cares about the residents and they have a wonderful management team!

My dad is a resident at Palm Bay Memory Care in Palm Bay. We have had such a great experience with this facility from the Executive Director, the Sales Director, the staff and everyone we’ve encountered. They always make us feel so welcome and taken such great care of my father. The facility is very nice and well maintained. My mother has been at Palm Bay memory care for about 3 months. The staff has been excellent and very attentive. They follow up quickly with requests. My mom looks great and I know she is being well cared for.
