My family and I toured here last week, and it honestly was like walking into a commercial. There were several tours finishing when we walked in, and everyone was laughing and talking about how excited they were. Tara is an absolute gem... We had a fantastic visit and she made our whole family feel like we were at home. Our kids were sold right away by Tara (and the golf cart we used to get to the unit), and my wife and I felt the same way. The unit itself has lots of charm, and we loved that it wasn't perfectly cookie cutter like some of the other apartments in the area. We especially like the bonus room above the stairs!

We are so excited to move in, and based on the recent reviews of the Palisades, we're going to be just as excited to live here.

Omg Tara was so nice and welcoming the minute I walk in the door. I had first called and she sounded so pleasant and sweet over the phone answer all my questions. So when I made it there she was so excited to show me the 3 bedroom. Omg they are so nice. Can’t wait to call this home. Thank thank you Tara. You the best

I move recently there the administration THEY ARE AMAZING!! such a wonderful staff special Rashel ,Shelle & Brittany ,they are helpful smiley and good hospitality the apartments are beautiful ! They change new carpet, no if you are looking for an affordable, clean, safe environment to stay in definitely pick the palisades, i would recommend these to anyone in little rock!

My husband and I are helping his mother move here from TN, Tara greeted us with a warm welcome, answered all of her questions and has assisted my mother in law every step of the way! We toured several apartment complexes and nothing compares to the superior customer service that has Tara provided! She is the reason this process has been stress free!

I just spoke with Tara in the leasing office and she was so sweet and kind. Most leasing agents are not as helpful, but she was the total opposite! She answered all my questions, described the property really well, and set up my tour all in a 10 minute phone call! I really appreciate her kindness!
