I have been to many pain doctors in my life for a severe back injury which I accord when I was a teenager. Dr. Pyles is the BEST I ever had! I'm finally getting relief! I have the spinal stimulator implanted and my has changed for the better! If you want relief from pain look no further!

First, Marty has been wonderful and I want to thank him for taking such good care of my medical needs for years. Marty I will miss you.

I have an implanted device that was implanted by Dr Pyles. On my last visit I was told they will no longer be managing these types of implants. They said this would be my last visit. I asked for and received my medical records and was told when I would need to see another doctor to avoid complications. No referral to another doctor. Just we're not doing that procedure any longer. I asked if I could go to the local hospital if I had any problems and was told they would not be able to help me because they lack the technology to communicate with my implant. Now I get that they have the right to add or no longer provide services for people at anytime. We as patients count on our doctors especially the one's that provide specialty services. These types of doctors aren't easily found in or out of network. Still, they could have reached out to other doctors in the surrounding counties or larger close by cities that still offer these services to refer patients to. I was lucky to have a Doctor in the family that could help or I would have never found someone in time to receive the care I needed. I was leaving town in two days after my last appointment. Others won't be so lucky, for those people my prayers are with you. Getting in to see a specialist can take months. The manufacturer of my implant were absolutely no help with a list of doctors who managed my implant. So while I do have a doctor to manage my implant his office is 1,200 miles from my house. I have to catch a plane to get there and back. Still in the process of finding a doctor in Florida with the help of this new doctor. Funny, this Doctor from NY knew Dr Pyles.

Honestly if they gave me a referral to another doctor I would have never given them 2 stars. What about "do no harm". Even with me knowing a doctor it still took 5 weeks to get an appointment with a doctor that could give me options with my implant.

Dr. Pyles has been the only doctor who has helped me over the course of many years being in extreme pain, one hospital visit after another, everyone thought I was crazy. He is amazing. Marty and the rest of his staff have also been amazing. I highly recommend him. I have been a patient for 7 years, consistently. He tried everything so that I wouldn't have to be on high doses of pain meds. He truly cares.

Best thing I’ve ever done by going to Dr. Pyles. His staff are very friendly and care about you as a person and what’s actually causing your problem. He’s helped me more in 2 yrs than any other pain treatment doctor who I’ve been to. The alternative would be extensive pain the rest of my life. I know I’m not any easy case because my phantom limb issues but Dr pyles cares so much about each patient and does what he can to find the root of the problem and why u are having so much pain I have complete faith in his staff and him. I just feel so fortunate to have become his patient. I can’t express my gratitude enough for his knowledge and caring support by him and each and every one of his staff. Ty Dr Pyles!😊😊

Looks like they are deleting comments that are truthful. There use to be plenty of 1 star reviews about Marty and his poor bedside manner
He needs a course on how to treat female patients. Very disrespectful. Dr pyles is also extremely rude.

I am not sure why there are so many negative complaints. My husband has been going to Dr Pyles for 13 years. He is very conservative, makes you pin point your pain and questions it because he is not interested in just giving out narcotics. He also promotes stimulators so his patients do not have to be on health deteriorating narcotics. We highly recommend
Dr Pyles if you are genuinely interested in pain relief not looking for a pill mill.

This individual is the most disrespectful and unethical person which is why I can’t even address him as doctor. I was referred to him by my pcp way back when I moved to Florida months ago. One visit was enough to decide that he was not worthy of being my pain management specialist. He is rude and has no decent manners towards the patient. And his staff is just as rude and disrespectful. I definitely DO NOT recommend this fellow as pain management doctor.
