New patient here. I went to the Fairhope office and Paige saw me very quickly. She spent plenty of time getting to know me and learning my health history. She was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Getting records and RX transferred from my other doc was a breeze. So far I am super impressed! She came highly recommended so I’m not surprised.

The only thing wrong with my meeting with Paige was that we couldn't get the tell you part of the call to work. As usual my time with her was well spent; we reviewed everything and she was quite prompt about sending in my prescriptions and answering my questions. Good experience!

Paige McClain is always very thorough with each visit. She answers questions that I have and is very knowledgeable what she does. She seems to go that “extra mile “ for the patient to see what is going on with them and I am appreciative of that.

I’ve saw Paige a few years back and it was fine. I went back in for lab work, paid $100 for that, paid the $30 copay to see her. Then, when my lab work came back she wanted me to pay an additional $30 to talk to me about meds I had already taken. The nurse said I could opt out of having to pay that, and just speak with another nurse. I said okay because I’ve never heard of having to pay to get meds called in. Needless to say the nurse never called, never called meds in. I told them this is not about the care of patients, but all about getting insurance claims for money. Paige is not a doctor, and if she were I would not recommend having someone who’s all about a dollar treat me for anything. I reported her to the medical state board.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment for my husband and myself together. We were treated kindly and were not rushed. We were urged to ask about any questions/concerns that we had. This was such a great experience to have someone who explains everything in layman's terms. We are extremely pleased to have entrusted Paige McLain with our health care.

As a 70 year old man I unfortunately spend more time at the doctor's office then I would like. Paige goes above and beyond in her treatment and compassion. In fact, she recently called me personally to follow up to see how I was feeling after treating me for an illness. I highly recommend.
