ZERO stars!!!!!!! I Had a horrible experience with one of Paffords paramedics Brad hale. I have called and written letters, sent email correspondence and NO ONE will reach out to me or return my calls. The ONLY person who has been helpful at all is Charisma. Brad Hale Canceled the helicopter which was landing on our property or an emergency BEFORE he arrived on scene. My daughter was in an emergent state and had to get air lifted anyway. He cost her 2 hours of medical care. This company is attempting to brush this under the rug. Hoping the problem will go away but I will not stand for it. I Will pursue this issue until it has resolved. He is arrogant and irresponsible, and WILL undoubtable cost someone their life.

Best places I have ever worked for in 35 years. the management and supervisors hand deliver you a very nice Christmas gift to your door on christmas eve and they give you everything you need to not be stressed out by shopping ans also save money by buying in bulk. They come and check on you while you are working and they make sure you can get home to your family ASAP if anything happens. The other review saying they were not answering the phone, well the number could be wrong, or they could not be in the office to answer the phone because they are out saving lives and supporting their employees.

Never heard of you, but if I could give 0 stars, I would. No one is available to answer the phone and the mailbox is full, so I couldn't leave a message.

Two of your brand new ambulances are currently on I-30 East, about MM 43. Probably would be best to tell your drivers not to follow too closely with an 18-wheeler, as your driver may end up needing an ambulance themselves. Temp tag for the plate, no ambulance number. Second vehicle read 217 on the back. Have dashcam footage.
