Will never buy here again. Sent my daughter to pick up a good quality bed side commode for my mother who was recently discharged from hospital. She is stage 4 breast cancer & went in with the flu/ had to be intubated and stay a whole month. I called before she went and a woman over the phone told me the commodes are $399. My father said let’s just get it (it had a cushion seat which was better than the hospital). When my daughter went there she FaceTimed me. A man told her the commodes are $800, but he’d give her a sale price of $499. I wasn’t there, but through FaceTime we agreed to just get it. We were desparate. These new owners take advantage of people in desperate medical situations. When we got it home we realized how cheaply made it was and wobbly, unsafe & uncomfortable. Found it on Amazon for $65.
DO NOT GO HERE. On the receipt it states “all sales final”
I called the next day and spoke to a man who seemed to be at another location . He took my phone number and said he’d call me back about it. I never received a call. Just terrible.

I loved it the first time I went here a few months ago, and the lady was very helpful in helping me find the right urostomy bags for me, and even gave me a few boxes! But on a second trip here today, the place is permanently closed. It’s a shame, the owners were really nice people too. The pandemic must have hit them too hard. Shop owner next door said they retired. I wish the owners well. I dont know where I’ll get my supplies now, so I’ll probably have to order online.

I've gone her several times over the last few years to pick up supplies for school or when I've "misplaced" my stethoscope. They're always incredibly polite and helpful. The prices are fair and it's nice to support a local business. I tell everyone to go here!

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible experience at this place. I went to the medical supply store for my grandmother who is unable to travel out of her home. I had a phone that did not have facetime and my grandmother has no clue how to work it anyway. I went to go take a picture of a camod-toilet and the owner told me I couldnt take any pictures. I explained that I was sending the pictures so that my grandmother could tell me which one she wanted. The lady still told me it was their policy no pictures allowed. I informed her I was not the one sitting on the toilet it was for my grandmother and I needed to make sure it was the right one since the one she has bothers her. The owner did not care she told me that's why I am at the store. I was dumbfounded so you rather not have my business lose money bc I cant take a picture of a toilet. I left will never return. Lady outside told me they are new owners and how the store has changed and is very expensive. Never again.

Wonderful experience! Fantastic folks! They both go above and beyond mere customer service to taking a horrible experience and making one feel like something as traumatic as having a colostomy seem as nothing more than slapping a band-aid on a boo-boo. Mrs. Padgett took such good care of me and steered me in the right direction as far as what supplies I needed and helped me heal my skin around my stoma – which was in a horrible state. She took so much time with me – knowing that my (stupid) insurance will not allow me to buy from them. There are just not enough words to express my thanks. When I left, I got in my daughter’s car and busted into tears – such kindness and sincerity – that is something so rare and so special.

Make this your first stop after you get out of the hospital. I received no help, guidance, and only minimal supplies at the hospital after my ileostomy surgery. Pat gave me information and a great setup to start with. I'm so glad someone recommended this store to me!

While on vacation, my wife ran out of supplies for her ostomy. We seen their website, got the address and visited their business. The help and support my wife received showed us that she was fitted with the wrong equipment. They fitted her with more friendly and better fitting ostomy supplies and took the time to teach us how to properly use the new ostomy supplies. They also changed the ostomy bag for her. They have very good stock and variety of different manufacturers and styles. My wife and I will be forever thankful for all their help and support.
