You must call for an appointment. This is the best optical place. The owner, Julian, who has help me with new glasses, frames, repairs and such since 2008 (14 years) is great. I did call today but Julian did not answer because he was already booked with customer appointments. I showed up at his store just incase he was there. He still squeezed me and another customer in and let us drop off our broken glass. He already had other customers with appointments. The older couple that did not have an appointment, he told them that their glasses would be done in 30 minutes. He told me to come back in 90 minutes and my glasses were ready.

He was able to repair my glass that I had step on and had broken them. When he was done my glasses were perfect. He has the largest selection of glasses and great prices. His repair prices are inexpensive !!! He only allows one person in the store at a time and prefers that you make an appointment. The best repair place for glasses and the best selection of frames.

Julian is very interesting, kind and knowledgeable. Call ahead for your appointment and wait until he calls you back probably on the following day. Julian was wearing the most amazing looking frames. It is time for me to get new glasses because those frames were beautiful! I will be back !!! Thank you!

Julian has always been so kind and so helpful to myself and my son! They have a large selection of glasses to choose from. He doesn't rush you either. He takes his time with each person, so be patient and you will get the same care. Highly recommend them!!

Julian is fantastic! My previous experience with progressive lenses at another optician was terrible. I could not tolerate them, spent 2 weeks vomiting with headaches. Julian ordered my new progressive lenses from a much more precise lens maker and PERFECTION. No dizziness, no "break in" no problem. Yeah! He will always get my business!

I was looking for repair for my Husband's old pair of eyeglasses ,silhouette , and I found this place. Julian is helpful and able to fixed my Husband's eyeglasses. We just waited a few minutes. I highly recommended this place if you need to fix eyeglasses.

I can't say enough good things about Pacific North Optical! My older pair of Silhouette frames broke in 1/2, right across the bridge. Nope, no extra pair so was wearing them taped looking like a complete nerd. Sat I discovered most optical places wont touch rimless Silhouettes. I was referred to Pacific North by Walgreen's Optical. I arrived on the stroke of 3PM right at their closing time, but Julian still let me in. I offered to leave my glasses & come back. He switched the bridge from another pair of extra glasses in less than 10 minutes; I was shocked at how little he charged me. We had a delightful conversation & I left a happy woman. Julian went the extra mile for me, THANKS!! :~)

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you call the main number, it hangs up on you. If you go there, no one is there. Just a sign that says to call for an appointment, which is a totally different number. The message doesn’t say anything to identify the company. Within 10 minutes of leaving a message, I got two pornographic text messages, one after the other. They are selling cell phone numbers to the dark web. Use this place at your own peril! BTW, I never did hear back. &;$49,& them!

Stopped by to purchase a pair of specialty glasses. Gentleman in store was very knowledgeable and helpful. It is always a pleasure to find exactly what you want and have a nice, insightful conversation with an expert. Although this store is somewhat far from where I live, I most likely will come back here for all my optical needs.
