We could not have had a better experience with Yuji and his awesome team. Our daughter needed a STARband for her severe plagiocephaly and the entire process was so seamless. Yuji and his entire team accommodated us, made us feel comfortable, and like we were the only patient they were focused on. If I could give them a 100star review I would. We will miss seeing them for our reoccurring appts. You are in great hands at this clinic!

My mother came here for treatment. The doctor, Fujioka was very attentive and caring. It was a long treatment and he and the admin staff wrestled with insurance companies and medical equipment companies to get my mother the needed equipment. Really appreciate this office for going way out of their way. Means a lot. Thanks!

Dr. Yuji Fujioka completely changed my son’s life! He had a flat spot on the back of his head that was completely fixed in 3 months, by carefully crafting his helmet and continuously following up on him. He made it so easy for my son and I and really cared about the outcome. The office made it very easy by working quickly and closely with my insurance. The before and after scans of the shape of my son’s head are night and day! Dr Yuji Fujioka was a pleasure to work with and I have so much gratitude and respect for what he is doing to help babies.

I went to the ER a few months back and had to get a sling for my arm. The hospital provided it but I later got a bill from this company charging me for the sling. After multiple calls from this company I finally gave in and paid it. However, even after paying it this company still continues to try and contact me and is now trying to charge me more than I had already paid.

Criminals!
I purchased a walking cast at my doctors office that is placed in the office by Pacific Medical. They charged more than 10X what I would have paid on Amazon for the EXACT SAME THING. The price of the cast was completely invisible and unavailable at the time I obtained it. I would NEVER have agreed to this price but once I had it I am now forced to pay their exorbitant price. Total extortion preying on a vulnerable population.

can't pay your bill online. it consistently says your account doesn't exist. they force you to give a credit card number over the phone to a call center that you don't know where it's located,. i e. it could be a foreign country for all I know. With identity fraud as rampant as it is, there's no way I'm going that route.
My HSA account doesn't support checks, so that's not a. option either.
they just need to get their online act together.
And you can't email them either. It gets bounced back. saying it does no accept emails from you.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, I was roomed almost immediately to wait for the Dr. The Dr. was nice, informative,and quick. There was never a point where I felt uncomfortable during my visit. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. Keep up the good work staff at Pacific medical there needs to be more medical staff like this.
