The whole staff was wonderful and efficient and made my visit incredibly easy. Despite having an appointment near the end of the day, I was seen on time. From intake to X-rays to diagnosis and splinting, I was out the door in under 45 minutes. Lindsay and her staff were so lovely and helped brighten my day in spite of my injury.

A real disappointment. Yes, I was able to get an appointment quickly, but it didn't do me any good, and I'm still waiting to see a doctor who can help. First off, an assistant led me into a room and asked for my history. I was most of the way through that, and in the middle of discussing how much pain I was in, when a woman abruptly entered, said with a smile "I'm your PA, that was a total waste of your time and you'll just need to repeat all of that again" with no apology. This PA did only 3 basic movement tests, which, unsurprisingly, led to her having no clue what was wrong with me. "Well, it's probably a sprain, or it could be disk degeneration?" When I asked which muscle was sprained, no idea. How do we ID disk degeneration? "an MRI, but I won't give you one".
My main issue is that I've been in excruciating pain. She had no plan for pain management, no ideas, other than giving me steroids. She breezily suggested I take walks and make sure to change position every 40 minutes- this to someone who is breaking into tears in front of her anytime I have to sit or stand. It was ludicrous.
Update: one of the diagnoses the therapist specifically ruled out as the cause of my pain, turned out to be (surprise!)... the actual cause of my pain. I was correctly diagnosed and treated by KC at Fluid Body. My visit to Urgently Ortho was a complete waste of my time and money.

the PA I saw was great, but they're a bit disorganized:
- I was injured/limping so they sent me to get an MRI right away.
- After that I scheduled a virtual followup,
- When the appt came, nobody showed for 30 min
- Then they told me the dr was actually out of town and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks
- But when I talked to a different scheduler, she realized this was a mistake and squeezed me in for an appt next week instead

Terrific experience, very efficient. I’m here from Florida for the holidays and developed a knee problem. I was very worried. The doctor and staff eased my fears.

I have been seeing Dr. Dickinson for close to a year now due to a broken elbow, and the whole experience has been nothing short of amazing (despite the broken bone). The staff at Urgently Ortho are always friendly - from the front desk to the x-ray tech and the support staff. They are quick to respond to emails & phone calls and have always been knowledgeable about the questions asked. Dr. Dickinson has been super helpful in my recovery and truly cares about the patient in getting back to full range of motion. Great team all around - I highly recommend!

Staff here were all super nice, but the doc diagnosed me with a herniated disc and gave me a round of steroids and muscle relaxers as well as a printout of exercises and a referral to PT. Two weeks later, I was still in pretty severe pain and had a follow up visit. Nothing else was checked out or determined, so that visit felt pretty useless and I waited for PT, which was still another week away. The PT determined that I have a misaligned hip, not a herniated disc, and after just one PT session and the CORRECT exercises, my pain is almost gone. I am very upset that I suffered for 3 WEEKS and took steroids I didn't need (that are hard on the body) because the doc here misdiagnosed me. 😔

I was initially skeptical about this clinic after reading the reviews. I couldn't believe they had so many positive patient experiences. Since I usually don't have good experiences visiting clinics, I was quite hesitant when I walked in. However, my experience at the clinic left me pleasantly surprised. My appointment started on time, and the x-ray technician was considerate in ensuring minimal pain during the x-ray process. The doctors were also very helpful. Lastly, I want to give a big shout-out to Gigi and Elena for their quick email responses. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very pleased with this office. I got an appointment quickly and easily. I didn't have to wait beyond my scheduled time. The doctor was pleasant, efficient and empathetic. The staff were also great. I left with an action plan and a good feeling that everyone there really cared.
