Kaila was the first therapist who was able to explain the powerful benefits of EMDR therapy for working with trauma. Her passion and deep empathy for helping people just pours out of her. Her practice is lovely and the space feels nurturing and so peaceful.

My first experience with therapy was a little rocky...then I started meeting with Kaila around a year ago and my view on therapy did a full 180. We have worked together to conquer many aspects of my life and she has been my rock in thinking things through thoroughly, clearly, and with a level head. She has taught me to set boundaries and how to feel valid in situations. We have worked on professional advice in what I want to do with my future, as well as working on those day to day challenges I face. I have genuinely grown into a much stronger individual through working with Kaila and I look forward to all of our appointments together.
