We called for patient's eligib and benefits we were advised patient does not require pre-certification for first 9 visits but now they're denying all those claims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy! 100% change in providers this summer (!!!!) I called TWO WEEKS ago to ensure would get my scripts refilled on time, since had to wait FIVE weeks before could see new provider, but they didn't refill when pharmacy contacted, and just NOW told me are rejecting SELF-PAY PATIENTS Who rejects 100% payment up front And canceled my appointment without notice? And required scripts are running OUT?

This place is apparently charge for unnecessary services. I took my mother there and was very unsatisfied with their practices . The nurse practitioner just typed on the laptop. Never addressed any issues. She changed her medicine and uppered the doses. For what reason ? None !!! My mother we dizzy and unsteady after a week of these new pills. I made her stop and just do what her old doctor recommended. Right away we cancelled all the new pills . We found a REAL doctor that agreed that the medicines weren't needed ! Do not use these people !!!!! I regret even the two visits we had !!! Beware!!!

One of my licensed medical providers made a courtesy call to Dr. mutterperl to inform him that his geriatric patient (92 y/o), had tested positive for COVID-19. It was requested that in order to get monoclonal antibodies a direct order had to come from primary care and not a frontline COVID testing facility.
This information was conveyed to his medical assistant. In fact, a full turnover report of the patient, their status and the need to obtain the order in a timely manner, was conveyed as well.
Dr. Mutterperl did not return the call for over 24 hours. He left an extremely abrasive, rude and most certainly unprofessional message (which we have saved the recording and wish we could upload here on this Google review for your listening pleasure) for our practice administrator. I would not recommend P3 to any of our patients or potential patients looking for professional behavior from a medical provider.

Good luck if P3 is your health care payer...
I have Blue Cross of Arizona Medicare Advantage Pima. P3 Health Partners is somehow involved with paying local health providers for services. I received a flu vaccination at Minute Clinic of AZ on Dec 11, 2019. In July 2020 I started receiving bills from Minute Clinic for those services. P3 denied my claim due to "No referral provided", for which no referral is required for flu vaccinations. To date, P3 has not provided payment for these covered services. Joe, Aug 18, 2020

Visited my mother without invitation and were persistent that she sign papers that she knows nothing about. I've called, but after hours. As far as I'm concerned, this was an intrusion.

I received a flyer from this place and it’s been nearly a year I ever went there. I switched providers after my first visit at El Rio and there were more problems. Almost a year later they have billed me for my whole bill when I first went there. They never billed my insurance. I want no more advertisements in my mail.
