I love Ozark Mountain Regional Healthcare ! We are finding new and improved ways to create a caring and fun environment for our residents ! Our staff puts our hearts into our job. From housekeeping to Administration Our residents are our priority ! I’m so glad I decided to make Ozark Mountian my home . I love watching our staff grow! The smiles on our residents face is the reward at the end of everyday !!

The employees are all great and like one big functional family from the housekeeping/laundry department, kitchen staff, nursing department including aides, cmts, and nurses, to the administration staff. The residents are consistently having a super fun activity and kept busy when wanted or needed in the activities department from shopping trips, sight seeing, horse ranches, holiday get togethers, dances, cooking club, bingo, rob the table, karaoke, coffee & conversation, and so much much more!! Nursing staff is quick to answer any questions/concerns someone might have or find someone who can get the answer/solution for you! Big amazing changes and improvements throughout the facility to better benefit the residents and staff and always striving for bigger and better! Resident care is the top priority!!! Cant wait for my father in law to get out of this place. Its a depressing DUMP the staff has no compassion. Rooms dont have phones and They pretend to not know his name so they dont have to bring him to the phone. Rude as hell. Real respectful way to treat our veterans huh...someone please take this place over or shut it down!
