About half the staff actually know what they are doing, the rest is a mix of rude, unhelpful and simple minded... There are a handful, less than five in the entire building that check all the boxes and are really good. I have to say, never under any circumstances send a family member to this facility for long term care, please just take my advice. Never go to this facility for any major surgeries, or for anything other than emergency care and if you do leave within 24 hours even if you transfer to another hospital/facility. They are just lacking in all departments. I wish I could put my experience in words but it would take a book. Just please take my warning.

I received Excellent treatment from every person starting with the receptionist,to all the RN's , Lab tech's and especially Dr. Kuzas . I recently moved here from Kansas City and was a bit nervous about going to a new hospital but was very happy with everybody that I came in contact with, they were all very professional and every way I can't thank them enough for the care that they gave to me.

The folks at the Hospital were great. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and courteous. Registration was a smooth friendly process and the MRI was flawless. Thanks to Corey back in Imaging who did the MRI for making a somewhat stressful painful morning turn into a peaceful relaxing morning. His friendly attitude and caring demeanor ensuring I wasn't putting my shiulder thru anymore pain was greatly appreciated. I didn't feel rushed or unsure of what was happening and everything went great. A+

A family member has called a patients doctors office - and praised this facility for the way her sister was treated. Pt is walking on a walker!! She gained weight and reported she ate good food. She was treated kindly and listened to. "We thought we were going to loose her, but, in less than 3 weeks, she is literally walking on a walker" (she has not walked more than 4 steps in 2 years) Thank you for taking such good care of patients, pat yourself on the back, goodness gracious you deserve it.

This place has the highest rate of incompetence I have ever experienced.my uncle is in there nursing home rite now,and they treating him like he is just another peace meat ready for death.he hits his call button and they never come to help.and he lays there till my dad goes to see him,and he is laying in bed in his own bowl.You cant treat peapole like this,the reason we don't have him move to somewhere else,we are afraid it will kill him.we have stay on them to do there job.we drive a hour away to come see and check on him every day,and a hour back home.

If I could give a negative starts I would the doctors never actually help and all the nurses act entitled.. currently have to be here again and the doctor walked out cause I needed one minute to finish my text he wasn’t even out the door and I put my phone down he didn’t even open the door yet and my phone was down… that’s so unprofessional and childish it is ridiculous I don’t understand how a emergency room doctor can just walk out it’s been over 30 minutes and I’m just about to leave cause I’ve had no help at all from them… I don’t know why I bother coming the nurses and doctors here have never helped me like actually helped
