In August I will be with Osteostrong Ft Myers for 2 years. While working towards improved and/or stabilized bone density on the equipment every week, my core and balance has improved. The coaches guide you thru use of the equipment at every session to ensure the best outcomes.

I have been working with a Doctor since 12/22 after a spinal fx to improve osteoporosis without bisphosphonates. At first my T scores continued to decline. In Dec. 2023 Spine was -4.1, L fem neck -2.6, Left hip -2.3. I had been working to change my diet, healing my gut, adding supplements to improve deficiencies, improving sleep, optimizing HRT & decreasing stress. In January 2024 I started Osteostrong. I too was a little skeptical and a little scared to start to load my spine like this but I knew that was the piece of the puzzle I needed to add to start to turn this around with all the other things I was doing. From 1/20204-7/2024 I started osteostrong, optimized BHRT and started calcitonin. And in only 6 months I repeated my DEXA and my spine dropped to -3.7, left femoral neck -2.5 and left hip -1.8. Needless to say I'm very excited about these results, on the same DEXA machine too. I am a confident that Osteostrong has been a big part of improving my bone density! Renee will challenge and encourage you, Melissa is so helpful to work with your schedule and everyone there is professional and knowledgeable.

I love going to OsteoStrong. Stephanie and the rest of the staff are very knowledgable and give personalized training to every client. My strength and balance have improved greatly and I look forward to my session each week. I started OsteoStrong 2 years ago because I have osteoporosis and I am optimistic that my bone density scores will improve.

I have been going to OsteoStrong Fort Myers for about 6 weeks and can already feel a difference in my strength and balance. I love that the staff is highly qualified and personalizes the training to meet your needs. They walk you through every step so you never have to wonder if you are doing it right. Everyone that works here is happy and friendly and they really seem to care about you. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

I’ve been going to OsteoStrong Ft Myers for several months now, and rarely miss a session. The facility is exceptionally clean and safe, and each member of the staff has been phenomenal. I get so much more from the sessions than I expected. Not only am I strengthening my bones, but I am keeping my muscles strong through the pandemic, when I have not been able to get to the gym. The staff also works on balance, which is so important as we age. They give me 100% of their attention when I am there. If you haven’t tried one of their free sessions yet, I would urge you to do so, so that you can see how different Osteostrong is than any other health venue.

I love my OS Family! I have been a client since the doors opened. The owners and staff are so very knowledgeable. I noticed almost immediately how my balance improved and strength training I have been able to handle heavier weights at the gym. I have been consistent with my improvements over time. I love the infrared light therapy after my session. It has really helped with a skin condition that sometimes acts up. They also have guest speakers sometimes that is also a perk to learn more about overall health!

I love Osteostrong! I've been going for about 10 weeks now and I am already seeing improvements in my strength and balance. My trainer, Dylan, is enthusiastic, encouraging and very knowledgeable!
