Crap, condescending and improper way of treating new patients.

Front desk lady has a way of trying to make you feel bad. Was rushing me through the whole process of getting everything ready with registering. Lady had the audacity of rushing me because the doctor was going to be upset because they set an appointment at 8 which is the time they opened. How about not setting up appointment at the same time you open. This whole place has an attitude towards insured people, but best believe that if you pay out of pocket, they'll love you. The front desk lady is, apparently as equally as insensitive to one's situation, as the doctor, Dr. Teresita Ryan (and apparently she is new), are inpatient and clearly not up to the task of taking care of anyone. as I went to get checked as I have severe back problems and severe nerve damage. Then, the front desk lady literally said she didn't have my license and insurance when we gave that info beforehand, because we COULDN'T SETUP AN APPOINTMENT IF WE DIDN'T CHANGE OUR PROVIDERS!!!!!
During this process, she was blurting out my personal information. How about I sue for HIPPA violation and misuse of my information?

What's the most ironic part of this? Apparently a ghost was going to get checked before me because right before a left and getting rushed out of the office (cause she already had pressed my buttons enough), a nurse wanted to check-in someone and the front desk lady said: Don't call on him yet, I'm almost done with this guy and his registration. I was finished, the nurse came out, and the other guy wasn't even present!!!!!! So, you tell me if I wasn't pushed because I was insured and it looked like EVERYONE there, OTHER THAN ME had to pay out of pocket.

I just left, and I suggest that you don't give your money to this people. Look somewhere else.

That was the last straw.

P.S.
This is one of the reasons I hate going to the doctors office. Even though I'm severely damaged they always say I'm good, and that I'm young, I don't need any help. I'm glad I didn't even get checked with this doctor to see what's going on within and behind closed doors because it is EVIDENT.

I would give this place a five star rating if it wasn’t for their secretary. Every single time I go in she is either rude to me or somebody else who is there. Today I had to go in and I was told it was not her problem. I then asked to speak with somebody else and she angrily threw my papers at me and went and got a nurse who was so polite, professional, and kind and helped me with everything I needed. it is a shame you have to get past this woman to get such excellent service but if you manage to make it past her this is a wonderful place. She’s too busy on her phone and is the type who would rather work hard at doing nothing than do her job, this place would be better off with somebody else.

Otherwise the doctors are absolutely amazing and really listen to what you need. I have been to many providers since moving here and these are by far the best.
