In my recently visit to this helt center i can say that this is a very quit place where i have filled nice peace and confident about the personal attend me today , the person at the counter , the nurse , and the doctor , all they very nice and kind people , and for last and no less important , this is a very silent and clean place , i appreciatte so good services.

Dr. Beatrice Aime is probably the worst doctor I've ever seen. I explained to her that I had allergies and Asthma and I know the reason I have allergies. Which are my pets... So she mentioned "So you know the reason why you have allergies because of your pets?" I said yes but I'm not just going to throw my pets outside in the streets. This doctor had the nerve to say "So your pets are more important than your health?" Who even says that to a patient. This lady was out of her mind if she really thought I was just going to put my pets in the streets. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. The ONLY reason why I'm giving three stars is because the lady at the front desk was so nice but other than that I would give ZERO!

I Had a Podiatrist appointment with Dr Jasmine very professional and nice. Was in and out less then 40mins.She did a Thorough check up on the issue i went in for told me all options/choices and her opinions and outcomes. Im satisfied and recommend.

MI had a lovely experience at the health department. The atmosphere was calm and clean, which made it quite relaxing. The front desk staff warmly greeted me and efficiently took care of my appointment reservation. I didn't have to wait long before being seen by the doctor, who was able to communicate in both languages. While there are areas that could be improved upon in the health department, my rating of 4 instead of 5 is not a reflection on the staff but rather an overall observation of the department.

First time coming to this location in years and they have gotten better. The remodel of the place looks great and the check in process was fast. I also had a Doctor that was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Amazing!!! Dr Brito Torres was so attentive, great hospitality, and all the nurses were impeccable!! Very nice, very safe and comfortable atmosphere!

Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered! Four days before Christmas she told me she would not refill any of my medication until I saw a different doctor entirely. This would’ve been fine except it was five daysfrom medication‘s running out, they’re not medication’s you can just stop, and I was also about to go on vacation. I attempted to make an appointment through the app, by calling in, and then they would call me from the office and tell me someone would call me back to set my appointment after telling me I had yet to make an appointment and then never called back. Thankfully, I found a real doctor at a real practice. This office just tries to force you to do everything they can try to bill for, literally she tried to tell me she was going to be my gynecologist, even though I did not need her to do that. She would repeatedly tell me I had test in the portal that I needed to go get done, but they were never there. Between the doctor and the office staff not returning phone calls I would run far away!

My initial visit was wonderful the doctor was nice and the staff was friendly. However I have been trying to get in contact to get my referrals processed and it’s a like a game of cat and mouse no one answers the phone and messages. I work so I call in the mornings. I had to call around and find out where to go to get my referrals processed.
My advice have your coordinators be on top of their games please.
