Un ambiente muy amigable Todos tienen un gran servicio al cliente desde la recepcionista Elaine (que es muy amable y atenta) hasta todo el personal médico. La higiene hizo un gran trabajo con el limpieza de la familia mía Me he sentido bienvenido cada vez que asisto a mis citas. Elaine, Dr. Huerfano y el resto del personal son profesionales y muy atentos. Todos mi familia asiste a Intercession y se sienten como si conocieran a Elaine desde siempre, debido a su actitud cuidadora. Gracias Elaine.

Very friendly environment! Everyone has great customer service from the receptionist Elaine (who is so friendly and accommodating) to all of the medical staff! The higienice did a great job with my family’s cleaning! Thank you

I have felt welcomed every time I attend to my appointments. Elain, Dr. Huerfano, and all the rest of the staff are professional and very attentive. All my family goes to Intercession, and they feel like they have known Elain for a long time, because of her caring attitude. Thank you Elain.

UPDATE: The hygienist Oscar did a wonderful work cleaning my teeth and giving me advice. It was actually my first time where a hygenist applied numb cream on the gums to be more comfortable. That was a plus.
Well, the reviews here are so terrible that I was afraid to go to this facility, but my experience was good(so far). The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were great and Dr. Mirna Rezkalla treated me very nice. I still have to go to another appointment for cleaning and I will update my review as well.

Dr. Cao & Elain were the greatest. For someone who has a really hard time between anxiety and just afraid of the nosies and everything else, they both made sure my pain management and me staying comfortable were #1 priority. Thank you to you both. I love my tooth.

Dr Billy Cao is truly an unprofessional dental provider . Raised his voice at me to tell me to call down all simply because i was just explaining to him the information he understood that was related by the nurse wasnt the reason i explained . So he felt the need to trying to make me feel like i was the one confused and when i tried to explain i was yelled at to come down in a higher tone . That i found unprofessional. And he kept taking hard breaths or air while doing my exam. Out of frustation i spoke my mind and told him he was being unprofessional.

Excellent service. I will recommend this provider to anyone I know, very professional. Elaine is very lovely and always seek to help patients. Oscar the dental hygenist gives good advice to take care of our teeth, he is very helpful. The only thing that has to get better is the general phone, sometimes I have been more than an hour waiting and when they take my call there are no appointments available. Change the call center or get more providers and you will be getting more thankful patients.
