I am a new patient of Dr Ansari and I am extremely appreciative at the attentiveness she showed and the amount of care. I had a different PCP before this and he straight up laughed at me when I told him what my thoughts were on what I have could be and advised me to use shea butter or something like that for the pain. Dr Ansari on the other hand listened with no judgement and was glad to hear my thoughts on what my pain is and she ended coming up with the same assumption. She didn’t blow me off and she ordered tests right away with Quest and SimonMed. I really do appreciate how thorough she has been with the whole situation and showing she cares. The waiting time can sometimes be a bit long but in the end it has been worth it since I got the care I felt a patient deserved! Highly recommend!

This is an incident occurred last year for me but I went in as a new patient and within my first few visits I decided to pay to get my blood drawn from Dr. Ansari’s office itself. I then receive a call from the Dr. two weeks later and I’m told that I need to drop what I’m doing and go to the ER due to the results of my blood work. It turns out that my results came back with all abnormal readings. After going to the ER and being tested/ asked all sorts of questions from the doctors at the hospital, I come to find out that my blood results should’ve been in a few days after being drawn not a whole two weeks later. When questioning The office manager at Dr. Ansari’s office there were no answers as to why it took so long for my blood work to be sent out/get in. After continuously calling/ showing up in person I was finally told that my blood work wasn’t sent out for about two weeks and that the nurse that drew it no longer works there. Meanwhile I’m receiving bills not only from the hospital ER room but also from doctor Ansari’s office to just go over and review the blood work from the hospital. The office was highly disorganized with no answers or consideration for people’s time as they have you wait/ don’t get back to you when they say they will call you back with answers. They were also unreasonable / not understanding as to how they messed up with the handling of my blood work and so I was stuck paying the ER hospital bills. This experience has made lose trust in the medical practices here in Florida since moving down here

This office is a sham. They will tell you a service is fully covered by your insurance, even when you stress that your interpretation of the plan is that it's not. Then they bill you for it a few months later.

In my circumstance, I fought the charge, and the office finally waived it. 1.5 years since that original visit, and now they are reaching out for a charge associated with the same visit, even though nothing changed.

Their billing provider is a third party, and you either can't get in touch with them, or if you do, they don't return calls.

The office itself isn't the nicest and is rather dated as well.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr Ansari is amazing. The front office needs some major overhaul. If you don't get the first appointment of the day, you will be waiting a long time to be seen. If you call to inquire why your prescriptions arnt being sent over, they put you on hold and forget about you. Whom ever is in charge of getting "pre-authorizations" from the insurance companies isn't doing their job. I've been waiting a couple weeks for a refill, and this isn't the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. I really hope things get better, because Dr Ansari is a great doctor.

Dr. Ansari gives great, compassionate, and personalize care. Very attentive and responsive when urgency is of the matter. Office Manager and Rameez always takes time to listen and address concerns in the moment. I highly recommend this primary care practice to anyone looking for personalize, compassionate care. ***** 🙏🏼🙂

The physician Dr Ansari is great and will give 5 star. However, I have hard time to have the paper works done at front desk most of the time after my appointment and the waiting time is more than 30 minutes. That’s the reason I give 3 star.

Dr Ansari is a very good Dr always attentive to her patients if u go to the er next day she be calling u 2 c u right away she is very concerned about her patients will giver her 5 stars been with her a while and will stay with her .absolutely a great Dr.
