Dr. Matt Fischer is a consummate professional with vast knowledge of the body and healing processes. He made me comfortable from the start and my progress was steady and always improving because of his instruction, care and encouragement. Misty was always helpful and friendly. I had a great PT experience at Orthopedic & Sports Therapy. I had right shoulder procedure for a frozen shoulder. The surgery was performed at the Andrew's Institute in Gulf Breeze, FL. Dr Roger Ostrander was the performing surgeon. The therapy I received increased my range of motion as well as strengthen the muscles impacted. They continually measure your progress and adjust your at home exercises as needed. They provide you with a print out of your exercises to take with you. They greet you each session with, "How are you doing today". That's a good lead into that day's therapy. If you've had some issue since your last session then let them know so they can address the area of concern. They have great communication from both the PT as well as the receptionist. They send out reminders of your upcoming appointment as well as make any scheduling changes if the needed
This was the second time I've used their services. The first was due to a full knee replacement three years ago. I would highly recommend their services for whatever treatment you need.

This is absolutely the best place to choose for physical therapy.
Landyn is amazing, patient and truly cares about her patients. The approach towards pain management helps accelerate your body’s progress. I received therapy for both my shoulder and knee. I feared I would need to find a way to live with pain and limitations but working w Landyn gave me a new lease on life.
The entire experience has been nothing but positive. Misty always greets you with such a nice warm welcome. They are always on time for your appointment and truly make you feel like family. If you are seeking excellent physical therapy care, I highly recommend this center. I have been on a long journey from a serious, complicated injury that resulted in an elbow replacement. My first appointment was with the owner Bob, who immediately made me feel at ease. After initial treatments with Bob, I continued my physical therapy with Matt before and after my second surgery. Matt is a very caring doctor who is knowledgeable and professional. He measured my progress numbers each appointment, performed deep tissue massages and administered techniques to help with flexion and extension. He gave excellent instruction on exercises during the sessions and also exercises for me to continue at home. Matt was very focused on helping me make continued progress.

Thank you Matt, Misty and Bob for excellent care while making me feel "at home" during a difficult phase in my life.

There's a reason this group has consistently maintained 5 Star Reviews. I've been to 3 different PTs before Matt, had X-Rays, MRIs, etc. All without any notable improvement of my conditions. Matt and this Group took the time necessary with me and each patient. No more than 2 patients seen at any one time. I am beyond impressed and very thankful as I finally have relief after years of dealing with an upper back injury.
