Let me talk about this wonderful place since the beginning when I called the office and andrea took that phone call. I immediately knew this was the place. I walked into that office, and the front desk girls were super helpful. The treatment coordinator explained the treatment and offered me payment plans that fit our budget.

Avoid them at all cost! Two family members and myself got braces here months apart from each other and were due to get them removed also months apart from each other. For all three of us they never mentioned that the end of our treatments were coming in close until an appointment before we were suppose to get them removed or even months after we were due to remove them! For those of us that got told we were on our second to last appointment we were told we should keep them on for longer as more work (minor) needed to be done. And for the one that got told months after they were suppose to be removed they didn’t say anything about going over time and simply kept charging us (autopay) until we questioned it. They also were told they required to keep them on for longer (fyi they made them remove 4 teeth prior to getting braces and now there’s too much open space!). It’s important to note that they are only available one or two times a month so if you break something and it’s urgent you’ll need to drive out to one of their other offices. For this to happen to all three of us it leads me to believe they work more towards the money rather than patient satisfaction!
