Rude staff and make it to be your fault when you ask questions about why you sit for 45 min past your scheduled time. They got rude with me because I was frustrated and had other places to be, so I was told to leave because I questioned them.

It’s the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever walked into. Patients beware of this place. The front office ladies are the worst part of this facility. Legitimately the most rundown doctors office in Volusia county.

They do not like when you give any sort of rebuttal to their short sided answers. Very disappointed with the overall quality of this place and it’s been a long time coming I find a more professional and viable doctors office. The main Doctor can’t know how her employees are treating patients, or she would likely fire them on spot. Good riddance to a rude and careless facility.

I have the flu an yes they close early on Friday but it was 30 min prior they literally didn't want to help me. Telling me that "we're short staff an we don't have a provider on staff" this is a serious situation. Some People die with this! No sympathy or care in the world. I will never return back to this office.

Went to get test results.. took time from work had a scheduled appointment..and as I'm in getting weighed I'm told they can't see me cause I haven't payed my co pay.. I haven't received a bill.. I thought the doctors are supposed to care about our health and we'll being... this office only wanted my 50$ wow... hope my blood test was ok...

I love Dr. Van Diepen. Since my first office visit, she has been very concerned about getting my health back to 100%. Just in a few months my blood pressure, cholesterol and other test are back to normal. Now we're focusing on other areas to improve my overall well-being. If you are looking for a very compassionate doctor look no more. She and her whole staff are recommended by me.

First time at this office, after being disappointed by several PC's in the area. The nurse was very nice and pleasant. The doctor actually listened to my health concerns. She actually read the reports I brought with me, not just a glance. She did not rush through the appointment and did address some of my concerns. I realize you can't review my entire medical history in a 20 or so minute visit, but I do feel we may be off to a good start. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Time will tell.

I absolutely love Dr Van Diepen. She has been my primary care Dr for the past 27+ yrs, since I was 19 on my own insurance. She was also my grandmother and my mom's Dr. She is amazing, my mom saw several drs for severe stomach pains and EVERY Dr she saw misdiagnosed her. My mom then saw Dr Van Diepen and diagnosed her correctly right away.
I completely and fully trust her with my life. She has ALWAYS been upfront and completely honest with me, she has never sugar coated anything. Dr Van Diepen has gone above and beyond her role as my Dr to help me. She is also my husband primary care and he has been seeing her for the past 15 yrs. Dr Van Diepen has been there for my husband and I and have even counseled us when we went through hard times.

I owe Dr Van Diepen my life, I went through a lot of hard times when I lost my parents and grand parents all with in a few yrs. She was always there to lend me her ear and to give me a hug when i needed it.

She is available 24/7. She always follows up with me and makes sure I am OK. I have referred several people to her and they all say how great she is.

If you want a primary care Dr who will take the time and listen to your problems/concerns, who will answer all your questions, who will follow up with you, a Dr who will send you out to see spraclist, have necessary testing done, blood work doen and she will stay on top of those tests and get your test results back to you ASAP.

Over the yrs, Dr Van Diepen isn't just my primary dr, she is family. She knows I don't have any parents or grandparents so she is always there for me to lend a ear or to give me advice.
When the day comes and she decides to retire, I don't know what I would do. I have never had any other primary care Dr before. I will be completely lost without her.

Hands down Dr Gail Van Diepen is the very best Dr, not just in Ormond, or even central Florida. She is one of the very best Drs in all of the country!!

I have been going to Dr. Vandiepen for 5 yrs now. My 84 yr old mother referred her to me. Dr. Vandiepen is very thorough. If she can't treat my health issues she will send me to someone who can! She is worth waiting for! Never in my 65 yrs have I ever had a Dr care for me like her and supposedly I had the best medical care at Henry Ford Medical Centers and hospitals in Michigan. She's sharp, smart and very caring. She knows what and how to treat her patients! Hands down she gets a 5 star rating from me

Dr. Van Diepen is the best doctor I have ever had. She is extremely thorough and will take all the time necessary to make sure she has answered all of your questions and concerns. She always makes you feel welcome and cared for which is exactly what you would like your "primary" care doctor to be.
