The entire staff this Sunday 11/10 was excellent. The receptionist, nurse, and physician were all top notch. They took the time to listen to me, were very personable, and did a thorough examination. One of the best medical visits I have had in a long time.

Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my experience today at this urgent care. I feel like I was very rushed. I’m not sure the doctor listened to me and my concerns and I ended up having to go back where she proceeded to say she listened to my lungs but she never did. I feel when I had my appt with her I was very rushed. She rushed out of the room after the partial exam. Definitely not returning!

10 Upon entering, the reception staff was super friendly, no wait time, Dr. very friendly and informative as well. No offense but I hope I never need your services again but I'm sure we will and we will definitely return. Everyone went above and beyond. Friendly, knowledgeable and GREAT bedside manner! Highly recommend this place above other places I have taken family members to and received horrible service from.

Hands down the worst experience of my life with Magdalena Skowronska. She came in for less than a second. I do bjj and told here I got a small scratch and over a couple of days it was redning and started swelling up. I told her staph infection is very common in bjj and I wanted to find out because I have been nauseous. She told me to put on ointment and recommended a dermatologist. She tried to explain that staff is on you skin. I know this. She told me the only way to test it would be to do a biopsy. She then told me I was I discharged and I need to leave. I tried to explain to her the different ways you can test for staph such as urine and blood tests if she could right the script if she couldnt conduct it. She did not hear me out instead she told me I was trespassing and she would call the cops without provocation. Just because she could. The fact that she didn't understand the subject matter is one thing but the way I was treated was horrible. She lacks humility and has hands down the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. I don't get how a professional could behave that way. I am in shock.

Went back to this clinic back in July for COVID- Front desk staff was very friendly and person taking vitals. Great service all around! I highly recommend this URGENT CARE- Fast service and didn't have to wait long at all.

I went on line and made appt....got there the receptionist was most helpful..made sure my insurance was accepted and made it an easy experience. The wait was a little long only due vto a full waiting room... once in the back the provider came in rather quickly and I w as on my way....ive never had a bad experience abd will continue to go there...itvis a great place.

I had a very positive experience throughout my first visit to Ormond Beach Urgent Care. From the check-in with Trish to the MA Rachel and the ARNP Ashley, the entire staff was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The wait time was short, and the visit itself was quick yet efficient. I was called a few days later as a follow-up to see how I was doing, which was much appreciated. I would definitely use this facility in the future.
