Staff was friendly but unfortunately the stroller delivered for our disabled son was in such poor condition that we had them come get it even though we had spent well over $100 for the rental and never used it. Couldn't bring myself to put my son in something that was only fit to be set out for the trash. It was beyond even donation quality. Hope they use the $100 they got off us to buy a $40 replacement seat cover. I attached a picture of a replacement seat from the Joovy website to show that replacing it is fairly easy. Seeing that you rent it out 40-45 weeks and have made 10x your money back, investing $40 to replace the seat seems reasonable especially given you are a medical equipment company and dealing with medically vulnerable individuals. Cleanliness and safety should be prioritized.

Needed a power recliner for our stay in Orlando. We are so glad we called OMR and reserved the recliner. From the beginning of the process, before we reserved, they were friendly and took the time to answer every question we had. A day or two before the trip started, they confirmed the reservation details and made sure to tell us everything we needed to know.

During the rental period, they provided a contact number we could call/text with any issues or questions. Their response was very quick and courteous.

Everyone we encountered, from before the reservation and during the rental period (including delivery), were top notch and couldn't be nicer people. Will absolutely rent again next time, without hesitation, and you should too! We appreciate everyone at OMR that we've had the pleasure of working with! It was nice to work with a company that made us feel valued and appreciated, which is something that is often lacking in a lot of interactions/transactions nowadays!

Everything was done over the phone and email. Very easy rental of a wheelchair. Arrived on schedule. We did make sure that we had the wheelchair back in the office at the time we had scheduled for the return pickup. We would use OMR again if the need arises.

I was in need of a lift chair/recliner for a family member's post operative recovery. I went online and found OMR and read some of the reviews and took a chance on them. We live here locally in Orlando so I wasn't sure if we were their "ideal client" as they seem to cater to a lot of tourists, but we could not have had a better experience. I initially rented the lift chair for one week and ended up extending to three weeks. The extension process was very easy and only required a text or email and they would then provide me an updated invoice. The delivery process was also very easy and timely and the team was very communicative throughout. The chair was clean, comfortable, in great condition and very easy to use. I would 100% recommend this company for anyone needing medical equipment. Such a great experience.

Superior service and this is our second time using them because it was so seamless the first time. They check in and confirm arrival prior to the trip, let you know the delivery times, and also check in prior to the end of the trip to confirm pick up of the equipment. You can contact with any concerns and they are at the ready. 💯 % recommend. Made the trip possible for my elderly folks.

We organized equipment from OMR from Ireland for a holiday rental and it was perfect from start to finish. The equipment was all in place when we arrived and perfectly working throughout the 2 weeks with no issues at all. The bed was perfect and with the air mattress meant our daughter was comfortable just like at home and my wife's back stayed intact! The hoist and shower chair were perfect too so she could get a shower after great (and hot!) days in the park.

Thank you too for your quick response when I realized the wheelchair charger was not universal voltage and required 240V to charge the wheelchair. A panic call to your office after seeing the transformer on your excellent web site and your colleague calmly checked that it was available so that my father and I could drive over and pick it up and ensure the rest of the trip around the parks was perfect. I have let every forum I am part of know that OMR is the only place they need when traveling with medical needs to Florida.

My family and I were in Orlando for a quick vacation and I decided after the first day that I needed a knee scooter. Called a few other places that were unable to help on short notice but when I called here they were more than willing to help out and for an extremely reasonable price.
