I have been coming to the Orlando Medical Center for about 3 or 4 years. The staff and Doctor Coskun are amazing at what they do. They always are quick, so you aren't sitting in the waiting room waiting forever. They take most insurance and are up to speed with new medications and diagnosis accurately. I highly suggest becoming a patient here!

I’ve had an excellent experience with my pcp office. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming and efficient. The MAs are kind and attentive, making sure all my concerns are addressed. The PAs and MDs are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly. Even the administrator goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding care and dedication to patients.

Made an appointment months in advance and the doctors canceled the day of because the doctor would not be in. Rescheduled for 4 days later and confirmed on the phone so not an issue. Showed up on time and was told My appointment was canceled for non confirmation. Save yourself and go somewhere else that cares, please!

No one like them take the time to explain about your conditions and how to manage them. I can say that thanks to Earlene Joseph, Physician assistance to Doctor Coskun, my health is under an excellent care, also my family's. These are doctors that really , have a vast knowledge, experience and such a dedication. It’s rare to find doctors that combine such personal touches and attention for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Dr. Coskun is excellent, has assisted my husband, myself when Earlene isn't available, she takes care of my daughter as well. We thank God we found them. We will never change to any other medical practice. You can trust them, they are always available even if you don't have an appointment. Gina is another jewel on that office, God bless them all.

I started coming here a few insurances ago, after using the in-network doctor search. Since then, each time I've needed to change insurance, I've had a moment of panic where I hoped this office was still in-network. So far, so good.

Appointment availability is amazing. I've called many times to be seen on the same day and each time I've been accommodated. Service is never inconvenient and the front desk staff are always friendly.

The wait times aren't bad. Doctors offices have a terrible reputation for making you wait hours for an appointment. I find that if I'm there 5 min ahead of time, I'm usually in the room within 15 minutes or so.

I've seen both Nicole Floyd and Sonya Brown at this location and they're both amazing at what they do. They take the time to listen, they ask supplemental questions, and they aren't afraid to try different combinations of remedies if necessary. They truly have a caring approach to treating patients, instead of milking them for money like plenty of medical staff I've dealt with over the years.

Parking is convenient, too. Handicap ramp for accessibility, and a comfort environment inside (not frigid, like many medical offices).

Life saver. I had severe sore throat, nonstop cough, ears clogged for two weeks. For convenience, I had went to a walk-in clinic, tested negative for COVID and flu, and walked out of it with a prescription for a generic antibiotic and no directions from the doctor. A week later, feeling as bad as before, I visited Dr. Coskun who completely tackled my issue decisively, with exactnesses, knowledge, and care. I am feeling completely better already!

I have been seen by all other doctors of this clinic and they all show the same very high standards and care. The staff is also very polite, welcoming, and professional.

This clinic is a well designed, and performing operation, with a lot of heart, and I highly recommend it.
