I made an appointment at 7am 11/06/2024. I arrived at the establishment at 6:52am. Workers were there at the establishment, ready and dressed for work.

At 7:30am the very nice receptionist informed me that the doctor is late and will come in at 8:00am. When I asked why he is running late, because I’m very understanding if something comes up like an emergency or car troubles, but they had no excuse or answer- but they did know he was coming at 8:00am

My boss gave me the leeway and allowed me to be late for work BECAUSE OF THE DOCTORS ABSENCE, here I am at 8:40am in the morning and I’m leaving the establishment because the doctor is not even in the building yet.

I feel sorry for the workers that team is ready and willing to be ready for work but when THE DOCTOR, the man who is supposed to be running the establishment is not even presents for the first appointment of the day, that is concerning. The staff had no excuse as to why the doctor was not present, whether they just didn’t know or they didn’t want to tell me the real reason for his absence, there proved to be deep inadequacies of communication within this team.

What a tremendous waste of my time. Extremely unprofessional and unfair to people who make time out of their schedules to give this establishment business.

The new team at Orlando internal medicine is just great. I can't stress enough how amazing it is to receive the basic care that you would expect from any doctor's office you go to. And not to mention, knowing that you have a great general doctor's office ready to support your health needs at any time and in a timely manner. I think that's awesome. Thank you team.

My husband has been going to this doctor’s office for over 4yrs. The NEW front desk staff, especially Estefan, has been absolutely fantastic. Going above and beyond to ensure timely follow ups, medication issues you may have, and proper appointment setup. All the small things we expect from a well oiled doctor’s office. Thank you to Estefan and the rest the of the team for being so caring and very understanding.

Extremely unprofessional & unpleasant experience started with booking the appointment:

- I called to book appt., 2:15pm available. Great, booked that immediately. Then someone called back to ask if I can do tomorrow. I expressed that I can’t, I need to be seen & get medication asap. Then okay, she offered 3:45pm, I said no, because I wanted to make sure I get seen in time & have time to pick up prescriptions. She said okay, 3:15pm then.

- I arrived around 3:05pm, and wasn’t seen by doctor Tim until 4:37pm. The entire interaction with the doctor was no longer than 3 mins. Despite all the hassle, I didn’t say much, just glad to be able to pick up my meds in a timely manner & get out of this mess.

- I drove to pharmacy, was told there was no prescription sent (antibiotic for my sinus infection). Called the office, and left multiple voices mails. No answers. (Their Google business hour is incorrect). I empathized multiple times before I left the office asking if the prescription was sent, and if that was correct. I was assured everything was done.

The level of unprofessionalism was simply unacceptable, now I have rushed to UrgentCare, after wasting my afternoon/evening to go through this process again to get medicine, while feeling ill & unwell. I will be switching primary care doctor first thing tomorrow.

I felt there was a huge lack of attention and care in managing my appointment and prescription needs as a new patient. I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed that wasn’t logged, and I didn’t receive a call back regarding a time sensitive medication issue, even though I was promised a call later that day. These factors made it challenging to trust the level of care I’d receive moving forward. Additionally, when office staff mentioned to me that Dr. Chaudhry ‘isn’t for everyone,’ I was concerned, and unfortunately, I found this to be true. My interactions with him came across as aggressive and short-fused, which felt unsympathetic to my situation. I believe it’s in my best interest to seek care elsewhere that will better align with my needs. I hope someone at the office is able to address these issues so future patients can have a more positive experience than mine.

Very inconsiderate to a patient who has never missed any appointments. Since this new front desk staff came in, the energy has been different, very forced & unwelcoming. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:45p after my work shift, a pt came in 5 mins after I checked in & was seen before me. Just had me waiting in a cold room with no ETA. Appointment was scheduled for 4:45p, I walked out at 5:42p. As I walked out no type of consideration was shown. My dinner could’ve been half way prepped.

Dr. Chaudhry and NP Tim are very professional. They both have a great bedside manner. They are knowledgeable and helpful with my medical issues.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the former office staff. They were rude and curt. They would not listen to concerns before cutting me off, my appointments were never put in the system properly, so I would show up and they weren't expecting me. Dr. Chaudhry and Tim would always make time to see me when this happened, but I would have to wait. When refilling medications, they would cut me off before I was done explaining my needs, resulting in delay of medications and medications being sent to the incorrect pharmacy.
The practice has recently undergone a transformation, with the new office staff. They are wonderful. I have had nothing but positive interactions with them. They are bright and open and patient. They seem much more interested in my care than the former.
Thank you Dr. Chaudhry and NP Tim!!! You are the best and now your practice will reflect that!
