I spent months trying to get an appointment here with the Doctor, they end up finally putting me with the NP. I went in for my appointment on Feb 14th. And never have I been to a doctors office that want you to pay before you are even seen by the physician. I left the office and I do not recommend anyone to come to any Orlando health office. Why would I pay for a service that I haven’t received yet.

Not only are the wait times ridiculous but there is always some issue. Lord forbid you need test results in a timely manner. I was told that I didn't have a procedure that I uncomfortably laid on a table to receive, then told my results would be given in 2 weeks. Almost a month passes and I was told when I called to follow, for the 2nd time, that my results were "normal". I think that's something you should tell ppl who have already called expressing concern about their health! They have the my chart system but the only thing they are quick to update is the bill. I'm so disappointed.

Unfriendly and inflexible. I arrived 24 minutes late due to weather, malfunctioning train crossing and traffic light outages and I was turned away. It's acceptable that I had to wait 20 minutes before being called for my paperwork last visit but completely unacceptable to arrive over 15 minutes on their schedule.

Terrible wait time. Have to wait over an hour to be seen for 5 minutes. Have to out schedule any blood work or ultrasounds making it a hassle to schedule a follow up appointment. Calls right before closing and unable to reach them again and will not call back to discuss missed information. Hard to schedule appointments with.

Wait times are ridiculous. You can arrive on time and still wait an hour to be sent to the back. Definitely won't be returning to this facility.
