My experience with Dr Solomon was good. This was my first visit. She very attentive, asking question to gain insight into my health care. She has good bedside manner. She also did a good job explaining why she was referring me to a specialist.

Dr. Wentzell himself is a great doctor, so it pains me to have to do this, but the office staff there is the worst. The lady that answers the phone most of the time is very rude and sounds like she just hates her life. Debbie, the one in charge of insurance matters, has no clue what she is doing and will tell you complete lies to cover her own butt. She is the sole reason I am writing the terrible review and the sole reason both my wife and I will NOT be going back to this office ever again. In condensed version to fit here, she told us she did not have time to do her job and deal with my insurance company to get a medication approved and I needed to do it myself. I did as she asked, but after all that she still came up with another bogus story that I now needed a second blood test before she could get authorization. I talked to my insurance provider directly and they said that was absolutely not true. All she had to do was make a 5 minute phone call and this would all be over, but she choses to waste a lot more time making invalid excuses for not doing her job. We are in mid August now, and all of this started in late May, and I still have no hope of getting my medication. I am completely shocked that Orlando Health would have such a rude, uncaring person representing them in this capacity. If the office is so busy she can't do her job, maybe they need to consider hiring some help. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from this office...far away...they don't care about you.

Dawn Leggon was the rudest person in the medical field I have ever met.

I tried to see her regarding some back pain. My primary care doctor was unavailable for three months. In covid-crazy world, I just needed to get in with someone who could tell me "its muscle pain" or "its something else" so I could go ahead and figure out what exactly I needed to do to treat it.

I explained all of this to her staff. Her staff set me up with an appointment knowing this. I left work 4 hours early for this, and when she came in she was immediately short and rude, like I was wasting her time. She told me she wouldn't do anything for me, and that I should just "go to the ER if it hurts so badly." Yeah, not all of us can afford to drop a casual $350 just to be seen in today's economy.

The woman who checked my vitals was extremely kind, but it seems like the front desk staff is incompetent and Dawn herself is somehow worse than that.
