This is the only location that my family and I are able to have a great experience with After Hours. All the doctors & nurses truly take great care of us by listening to our concerns and prescribing the right medications. Personally, I’ve given other After Hours locations enough chances but am just sick and tired of getting worse with medical conditions I am fully aware of. Spring Lake may be out of my way, but I’m no longer going to waste any more time elsewhere. Thank you so much to your team!

I wish I check the review before I make an appointment here and go there to waste my time. I have an appointment for a CT they give me the appointment for 4:45 pm a week before the appointment someone call me to confirm appointment and to let me know about my monetary responsibility the person offer me a payment plan that I was able to afford. 2 days before they call me to let me know that they need to change my appointment time because they don’t do it at that time now I have to leave earlier from work when I already ask for an specific time fortunately I was able to leave earlier (first red flag), the day before the appointment date they call me to explain my monetary again I told her that I spoke with someone already and that we agreed with a payment plan she told me that doesn’t count because is not more on my file (2nd red flag) that I have to pay the 75% of the bill before I can make a payment arrangement I told her that I can’t paid that amount that I need to make a payment arrangement she told me that what I asking was not possible that if want to cancel my appointment I told her that I need to do this how I want to cancel ( that person do not have any customer services and definitely don’t have any empathy)? Then she was like can you pay 50% and pay the 25.00 a month. Today I get to my appointment she want to me to pay the 50% and the 25.00 in 2 weeks I told her that we agreed that I would pay this next month not in 2 weeks she told me that the system won’t allow her to change the date I told her she lying to me over the phone because she promised something that was not true. She ask me that if I can pay that she can cancel the appointment. Unfortunately I did not have any other choice that to cancel because I can’t agreed to something that I can’t afford. So I left and come back to the ask about a phone number to a supervisor and they was talking about me I heard when I was in the hallway so imagine what the people in the waiting room hear about it (that is Hippa law violation). This people here need to be retrained 1st she was on her phone when I get there, 2nd she talk to me like I was her friend no professional at all, 3rd did not offer any option so prefer to lost a business just because even that I was asking was a no and no offer option. No empathy at all when you work in this type of environment. Orlando health should verified the review here. Very disappointed.

The doctors here are a scam and only want your money DO NOT GO HERE. Forced to pay 2 bills here due to their negligence of sending something out of network. If you go here for an annual DO NOT SAY anything to the doctor or they will bill you random extra charges. They refused to change the code after multiple emails and phone calls. They just want to nickel and dime you for everything. Literally go anywhere else. I've had so much better care in the past before. This place does not care about its patients and it shows.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Orlando Health lab when I went in for routine blood work. I arrived fasting and brought the doctor’s order with clear instructions on all the tests to be performed. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was called to the desk, only to be told that they could not read one of the tests written by my doctor. Even worse, they claimed they didn’t know what the test was for.

Despite the fact that I could read the test name clearly and even found it online within minutes, they insisted on calling my doctor for clarification. Unfortunately, my doctor wasn’t in his office at the time. Despite my explanation and proof of the test, they still refused to proceed without further clarification. Frustrated by the lack of professionalism and their unwillingness to listen or accommodate, I ended up leaving without having my blood work done.

This experience was a waste of time and left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service. I expect better communication and competency from a healthcare facility, especially when something as simple as reading a doctor’s order is involved. I would not recommend this lab based on this encounter.

The OBGYN office here is awful. My provider herself is actually great, but getting ahold of anyone and scheduling an appointment is a joke. My provider doesn't allow for online scheduling so I called on 9/24 at noon and was told by Maria someone would contact me back. Here we are at noon on 9/30 and no phone call or MyChart message. It is such a blatant disregard for patient care. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

My wife and I set up an appointment with this medical office for our annual check up which is covered by our insurance. After the appointments, the office wants to charge us each $200 for a regular medical visit even though we booked the appointment for an annual check up, we spoke to our insurance to see what could be done and they gave us a specific code that can be given to the office so they can charge them and not us. The office did not want to use this code and they did not care they lied to us about being covered so we would end up paying. Don't ever come here, they lie and will trying to manipulate the paper work so you pay as much as possible, won't be coming back.

I came here for the first time because I stopped going to Quest lab. It was an amazing experience. I had a blood test and usually I get dizzy and a lot of anxiety, but I had an amazing nurse, Yara. She was super sweet and made me feel so calm. I did not feel any pain.

The lab is by far the worst lab ever. Twice I’ve gone and have been put to the side while they take guest with no appointments when it’s supposed to be appointment then first come, first serve. They were unapologetic and showed no sympathy for their mistake. Maybe the receptionist would do a better job if they weren’t busy discussing upcoming vacations and time off from work. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable.
