I have had 3 different doctors here, and they are all wonderful, caring, humans! They explain everything so the patient understands their own care! I wouldn't go anywhere else for care! Thanks to all who work so hard for us at this office!

Honestly one of the worst health care experiences our family has encountered. The APRN is nice and seems knowledgeable, however, she has missed and canceled several appointments in the past with both my husband and myself due to "personal emergencies" or "staff meetings."
When trying to reschedule missed appointments we are told they will call back but never do. If pressed, staff states they have not called back because there are no open appointments but offer appointment about 2 months from now.
Appointment pending was to be follow up lab work and continued medication but it would seem that patient care is definitely not a priority with this medical group.

This is the WORST medical practice I have ever been to in my 56 years of life. I’ve reported them three times to my insurance company. Getting a referral…good luck. Getting staff to perform ANY DUTY other than taking your copay…forget it! Getting the office manager on the phone or even to even return a call…NO CHANCE! The absolute bottom of the barrel!

It's now 11:30 a.m. I've been trying to get ahold of someone since 8:00 a.m. and all I get is that obnoxious music I don't feel this is a good way to run a medical facility there's no way somebody is can't answer a phone within a 4-Hour period if the girls at the intake desk would stop yakking and yakking between themselves and I know this first hand from standing in line for 20 minutes with not even a will be right with you this is really starting to aggravate me maybe there's a place that I can get a hold of somebody who handles medical facilities and that they ignore their patients then maybe given them a good spanking per se or find their medical facility or ding their license and maybe they'll take care of their customers and their patients a little better

My wife and I are new to the area and had some difficulties getting set with physicians initially. When we first came to this group we were not impressed with our doctor and planned to leave once settled. I was having issues that required going through primary care physician first for insurance purposes. We got lucky...that doctor left and we got Dr. Sara Colon Santiago. She is wonderful - caring, knowledgeable and professional. The staff are nice and helpful also, but Dr. Colon Santiago is the real deal.

My Family doctor Diana Ortiz is one of the best doctors I ever had; she is very attentive, thorough and professional. She has a great bedside manor and explains everything thing to me before I leave appointments. I highly recommend Orlando Family Physicians in Debary and ask for her you won’t be disappointed. Orlando Family Physicians is a great place to seek medical assistance. All staff treat you with so much respect. They make you feel welcomed. More importantly, they are efficient. Your medication
taking is accurately recorded. For me that is most important. I like everyone there because they treat you like family.
