Horribleee. First off if you are looking for a reliable doctor’s office that you can call to speak to someone or at least know when you leave a voicemail you will get a call back…This is not the place for you. They don’t answer the phone (we have tried multiple times, times of the day and different days) and when you ask why they don’t answer their phones, because we did when we went, the response we received was”yes we are busy”. You will not be greeted upon entering, you will not be told to sit and wait, you will not be guided to sign into a sheet or told where that she possibly could be to put your name on the list, you will not be told or asked who is next. It’s a mess. There’s no organization. When we were taken to the back to have blood pressure and questions answered for our chart in the middle of conversation, other people are opening the door handing urine samples off to the nurse who is working with us. There should be a designated area where the samples should be left, not passed around in front of my children while I’m having a conversation with a nurse. The doctor lack of questions, minimal conversation sauce for all of five minutes and that was it. Didn’t care to ask anything besides our basic weight age health and if we had further questions, we would have to schedule another appointment for that. It does not make you feel like a family medical doctor’s office should. It’s a shame for such a nice area but if you’re looking for quality, if you’re looking for care, if you’re looking for a place that you are going to feel like you’re being taken care of this is not the place drive a little further and go find somewhere else.

Poor customer service. I was told by office manager I would not be seeing if I didn't agree to sign all paperwork, even after I explained I can understand better in English, not Spanish.
Despite trying to apologize later, I was treated in a rude manner being a first time patient.

This office is always behind. If you have options DO NOT pick this office. I’m not sure about the other offices associated with this group but this facility has over 1 hour wait times even if you get there early and have an appointment. They will not let you if there is an error with the scheduling until you go to the desk to ask about the wait and then there is a longer wait after they fix the error that their team made. The parking lot is small you might have to park in the next lot.

The doctor had no time to read patient charter and didn’t prescribe the medication that the doctor from Orlando Health told him to prescribe. My dad is supposed to take ELIQUIS since he has ATRIAL FIBRILLATION
And the doctor didn’t want to prescribe him. I told the doctor to read my dad charters from the hospital since my dad stayed in the hospital for 5 days and her answer was that she needs to see 30 patients a day like every 15 minutes she needs to see a patient and she doesn’t have time to read my dads charters.
I called the ORLANDO HEALTH AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE DIRECTOR FROM ORLANDO FAMILY AND EXPLAIN WHATS GOING ON BUT NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME YET

Made an appointment and still had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get called. While in the room getting my vitals checked and getting asked personal questions another patient came into the room to give the nurse her pee sample. Then the consultation with the doctor for my annual check up consisted of only 3 questions and a check of my heart and lungs with a stethoscope. While the nurse and the doctor were both polite, the whole experience was not professional and very impersonal. If you have a choice to go to another doctors office, you should.

Came to Family Medical just for an annual physical, so my blood had to be drawn. As someone who has “difficult veins” and usually has to be poked several times, Carmen did a very quick job with only one attempt! The office is very clean and all of the staff were very friendly. Did not have to wait too long considering how many patients they see a day.

I give them an excellent view. The doctors are great. The nurses are great sometimes they have to wait a long time but they’re good at it so that’s why I’m still here after one year I give Them a five. ❤️

Awful experience. I called two weeks ago and they verified that they took my insurance, I went in the day of my appt (mind you I got there early to fill out paper work) my appt was at 2:15, I needed to change my one year old daughters diaper and it turned out they did not have a changing table or anything. Once I was done I went to the desk because I saw it was 2:45 and had not been called back. Front desk proceeded to tell me that they were on hold with my insurance because they did not think they took my insurance. When the ONLY reason I went there was because they said they took my insurance and no one communicated with me the whole time.
