I did not recommend this facility, The nurses and doctor are rude. They tried to convince me to sign a paper for a procedure I did not want. First, my procedure was scheduled for 9:30 am. I was there at 8:30 am. I was the last to receive attention because I would not agree to an additional procedure. They wanted to do a biopsy of my liver and other organs. I know that the patient has the right to refuse any treatment that she or he thinks is not right or they are not ready to do. Therefore, they delayed my procedure and I was the last one. It was like I was being punished for speaking my rights. When I went to the room the doctor did not talk with me because he was mad. When I woke up, he was mad. When I asked if I needed to have a follow up appointment, he said everything looked good and because he could not do a biopsy, we did not need to follow up. The next day, my body is sore. I have a headache, a sore throat, and my whole right side is sore. I have had an endoscopy before and it was nothing like that. Right now, I am in pain and afraid that he damaged some organs. The doctor's office or the facility did not call to ask if I felt well after the procedure like they are supposed to do.They gave me a pooor report with not very good photos from the procedure. This experience wa a nightmare. I do not recommend to anyone to go to this place because they want to force you to sign things that you do not want and treat you poorly if you refuse to do it.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy provided by everyone encountered during my procedure at this facility. I want to make special mention of my pre-op nurse, Johnel, who provided outstanding care and bedside manner. Thank you all for a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

The nurse who did my intake was incredible! Thank you so much for your kindness Wanda.

That’s where the positives end. I came in for an endoscopy and everything was going smoothly until the anesthesiology nurse Charles or Chuck (white hair and green eyes) came in. He had an abrasive personality, was short, disinterested from the questions he was asking and walked away in the middle of our conversation with no manners. This is the man who is meant to be administering my anesthesia and has not shown any politeness, how am I supposed to trust him.

Everyone here was awesome! This was my first time having an endoscopy done and everyone made me feel as comfortable as possible. 10/10 would definitely have a camera shoved down my throat here again.
