The first issue was the schedule. I was sent a text message to arrive at the Evans location. I arrive on time and the receptionist tells me I was supposed to go to the other location located on Orange Blossom Trail. I show the receptionist my text message and she still tells me I need to go to the orange blossom location. About 5 minutes later she calls me while I'm on my way to the orange blossom location to come back to tell me that she made a mistake. I finally get seen by the doctor to give me my lab results and to give her my documented blood pressure readings. She Tells me to write them down and she would return to me shortly to review my blood pressure readings with me. 45 minutes later the the medical assistant knocks on my door asking if I hadn't seen, and I throw my hands up out of frustration. She then leaves to ask the doctor if I had been seen yet and I hear their conversation. Turns out the doctor completely forgot all about me. She finally takes a look at my blood pressure readings for about 3 seconds and automatically prescribed me blood pressure medication. I finally walked out of the room to get checked out and the lady at the checkout desk is apparently in the bathroom as I was told by a coworker. At this point I was beyond frustrated and I immediately walked out promising myself never to return.
