Got to my first appt 10 mins late which was my fault. I was told appt had to be rescheduled. Because thet took a walk in. WOW!! I wasn't even aware they took "walk ins" for dental appts I asked if there's a grace period? Was told 10 minutes! It was 9:13 by the time she saw me. I was there 10 mins late! And I kept trying to call and was on hold until it rang then said no one's available then disconnected.

I let them know when I made the appointment that I have Cigna dental insurance, they told me it's not accepted.
I specifically asked if I could still come and go off the sliding scale based on income. I'm needing a root canal my insurance won't cover it and I was told yes but the lady at the desk says no I was told wrong and they can't see me if I have an outside insurance it's FRAUD so my paperwork will be shredded.

I waited 4 week's and took off work for no reason she said she can't speak for why the call center told me incorrectly.
It's very FRUSTRATING!!
No one takes accountability anymore

My 20 yr old son also had an appt the same day he has no dental insurance and just started working a month ago and had to pay $35 for his appt for an exam and x-rays. I guess we'll see how it goes and how much more it costs for a cleaning.

I would first like to say I've been doing business with this clinic and pharmacy since October 2023 and received the best care, my thanks to Mr Rey, Dr Joseph and Pia and all the wonderful and professional staff , unfortunately the pharmacy has become very unprofessional in the past few months.

On 11-14-24, I was told by the young woman at the counter that they were out of Albuterol and that Albuterol was for emergencies and I should talk to my doctor about another treatment the pharmacist over heard the conversation , a few minutes later I picked up my prescriptions including the Albuterol and the pharmacist told me that my insurance covered everything which I thought was strange because my insurance always had covered everything before.

On 12-18-23 I returned for my refills and was told that my Albuterol would cost 15 dollars by the young woman at the counter when I asked why the pharmacist (a different one from November) confirmed it and the young woman said it was a copay so I paid the 15 dollars and left, a few days later I checked the MyChart website and could not find any 15 dollar transactions.

On 1-21-25 the same young woman told me my prescriptions were 92 dollars because of copays. At this point I called Mr Rey who signed me up for the insurance and worked in the same building, I explained the situation and and he spoke to the young woman. We went back to his office and he explained that I had 2 other insurance policies in the system since August and I would have to cancel them so this wouldn't happen again. I went back to the pharmacy and asked if I had these insurance policies since August why this hadn't happened until January and I got a shoulder shrug, I asked how much it would cost for the Albuterol and metaprolol and the pharmacist told me 22 dollars I paid for those 2 and immediately began calling Aetna and Ambetter to cancel the policies (I never signed up for or paid any premium for these policies) I then contacted healthcare.gov and reported them fraudulent I was told there would be an investigation and it could be a few days before they were off the system.On 1-22 I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist told me that my "prescriptions were ready and there would be no charge this time "

On 2-24 I went to get my refills, the young woman at the counter said I had no refills for metaprolol or Albuterol the pharmacist confirmed it so I went home without them knowing that without them I would likely have to be hospitalized. When I got home I checked my the bottle from 1-21 and it said I had one more refill before 11-11-25 so I went back with the bottle and showed them on 2-27 and they insisted I had no refills but that my doctor had called one in for the Metoprolol but not the Albuterol however my doctor was on vacation at the time and would never authorize one and not the other .

This is not the level of professionalism I would expect from people who handle dangerous and lifesaving drugs. I would expect more from a fast food restaurant.

Ms. Gabby starting with her infectious smile and how she one of the first person to welcome you here along with Ms. Regenia these two lovely professional ladies goes above and beyond not just for one person but every person that walks in the door.My nurse Ms.Sonya not only is knowledgeable and informative about each of my illnesses she explains why and how to do what ever is necessary to change my condition she also helps me to get information if I find it hard financially to overcome hurdles that may arise.Her and Dr. Sears both seams to be concerned if I don't meet my goals and releaved and happy when I'm successfully done step by step with what they see to help me with and for that I'm great full. So Please please look for Ms. Regenia and the very best person you'll ever meet in life! Ms. Gabby !

They all exhibit needed communication skills that is critical in the medical field for patients. They are also a prime example of leadership. I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled it one week out after I had waited a month. They rescheduled me for another two weeks later then called me day of cancelling again. They gave me the exact same excuse for cancelling the first appointment - citing that another doctor (not the same as the first one I was scheduled with) had another family emergency that was going to keep them out for another month. They pushed back my appointment another month, making the total time waiting for an appointment two months and two weeks, and three reschedules. They called me day of to cancel my last appointment. If I had called to cancel the day-of they would have charged me for the cost of the appointment, but they see no issue with providing me the courtesy of cancelling 6 hours of notice. I had already taken time off work twice. Don't try to get an appointment here. They just will cancel appointments and push you around.
