I usually go to this office for Dental work, but for the last couple of weeks EVERY time I call and wait on hold they just send me to their "Mailbox" where I have left my information 5+ times now and have even chosen the "call back" option and NO ONE ever calls me back! It's very frustrating to know whomever is supposed to be handing the appointments is not doing their job! Especially when I used to have nothing but great things to say about this location and also recommended them all of my family & friends :((

Seen quickly without an appointment with my regular doctor could not see me for 8 weeks. Went in was given my refills on my medications and they work with us financially. Jasmine the sweet young girls who worked the front counter was very helpful patient even though I found out later it was her first day kudos to Jasmine we'll have it at 50%

If you can avoid this place, Please do!! As an existing patient I tried to schedule an appointment to see the doctor as I was feeling extremely ill with congestion and what I thought was a chest infection. They didn’t have an appointment available until the middle of the following month! No emergency appointments offered or anything. One month later I show up to my appointment and they moved the time of my appointment and they changed it from an in person appointment to a telehealth appointment! The front desk have no respect or regard for your time! I took the day off to finally see the doctor after about a month of being patient, coughing and feeling absolutely terrible just to be tossed to the side like my concerns about my health doesn’t matter! I was highly disappointed with my service at this Facility!!!!!!

After dealing with aspire health partners thinking this was the only place to take my son to receive mental health treatment and medication I found this lovely place. It is income-based if you do not have insurance they treat you very well in the psychiatrist was a wonderful caring lady so happy my son can finally receive the treatment he needs and deserves.

Absolutely terrible! Scheduled apportionment 1 month ago for my daughter. Received phone calls the last two days to confirm appointment. Received a phone call this morning while I am on a 1 Hour Drive on my way there and they called me to tell me they do not except my daughter’s insurance. I do not recommend !!

I started going here since they opened the doors earlier this year. The staff is courteous and always greets you with a smile. Let me say this, I thank God for Dr. Pacheco, Jude and the rest of the dental staff. For years I was very self conscious about my smile because I had a chipped tooth. I didn't have the resources to get what I needed done. My first visit Dr. Pacheco was very patient and thorough with what my dental needs were. After a few visits it was time to fix my front tooth. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. After completing my procedure, Dr Pacheco handed me the mirror....and when I tell you I cried like a baby. Jude thought something was really wrong with me. I explained they were tears of joy and happiness. My appointment so happened to be a couple of weeks before Christmas. I can truly say this is one of the best Christmas gifts ever. Thank you again to all the staff at Orange Family Health. Dr. Pacheco you're the best!!! Happy Holidays #Determined2Survive
