The clinic is bright, well lit, clean and safe.
The Dr.s' are very busy. After hours assistance is available but have found antibiotics are not given over the phone. They follow guidelines appropriately.
MA's are very busy also but always greet you with a smile. Historically, all are very good and knowledgeable assistants.
The front desk and appointment staff work competently juggling multiple tasks with professionalism, (Btw, the gentleman reviewed negatively on this site is gone.)
The referral turn around time can be a lengthy wait. It's frequently due to the volume of requests or computer error. Never the lack of caring.
A hospital follow up RN was a surprise. This is a clinic added touch usually only seen coming from the hospital itself.
Personally, I have never dealt with corporate or office management directly so I have no opinion.
Never have I had any problems with billing.
*Lab techs are excellent and not part of Optum Care. We are fortunate that they are on site. A very nice convenience!
Practitioners are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and focused. I've seen 5 of the practitioner staff over various times. All have been wonderful except for one. Appreciation and respect to: Dr. Musicant, Dr. Hilde, PA Aguilar, NP Marco.
I do recommend this clinic.
Four stars not five? Because no business runs perfectly.

JOYCELYN IS MY SON'S CASE MANAGER. I AM NOT SURE WHICH OFFICE SHE WORKS FROM, however I would like to say this! Joycelyn has been with my son since March and has been very dedicated in every way. She follows thru with everything, She has such a genuine caring attitude and listens, really listens. SHE REPRESENTS HER COMPANY VERY WELL. THANKYOU OPTUM FOR EMPLOYING ONLY THE BEST!!!!

I have wasted more than enough time.and money at this place, went once and doctor sat in front of me looking on you tube for solutions to my issue, nice, second time doctor straight out told me he didn't have any experience with the issue at hand and told me would refer me to someone else, 3 weeks.later still have no referral. I had to pay a copay each time, lost my time and my money, have to look for a new doctor now

The front desk associate was extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable. He was not able to answer any questions I had and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of his day. If you don’t like dealing with people, you shouldn’t have a patient facing job. I have received more attentive care at the vet.
