If I could give "zero" I would, if it was not because I like my Dr... Dr. Courville.
The GV front people most of the time is nice, unless you call them, they have the worst customer service. Also, it takes your entire day to get in contact to that office and when you do, you wish you never call them in first place. If you really need to contact them just request an Spanish speaker other wise you will be in an eternal loop. Also, Monica, the medical assistance sucks, she has even woooorst customer service, I do think she does not even knows what that means. IF YOU CAN, AVOID THIS OFFICE.
