I just had one of the top 3 WORST doctor experiences of my life at this office with Jodi Novak, DO. I will start off by saying that the women at the front desk are excellent, even the nurse that checked me in was great but Jodi Novak was terrible. Her bedside manner was some of the worst that I have experienced...to the point of disrespectful. The final straw for me having to leave and never return was when she told me that they had "debunked" breast implant illness...REALLY lady, you have no idea what you are talking about and should be ashamed of yourself. I am 100% a survivor of breast implant illness along with HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF OTHER WOMEN WORLDWIDE!

This practice continues to disappoint. Call to refill a prescription that should have had a year of renewals (saw Dr.klatt in august for a lengthy appointment). Find out today, it’s not been refilled, dr says she will give me a month but needs to see me (AGAIN) for another appt —to renew a prescription that should have been taken care of in august … not a new prescription - I have been taking it for years! She is unhelpful, arrogant and wasteful with my insurance companies dollars. Also quite Rude in her responses to messages. These nonsense appointments drive up the cost of everyone’s premiums. She wont combine labs that are in my best interest simply because she doesn’t see me for the problem, she doesn’t care that I can’t actually see to drive to unnecessary appointments, Or that I am a single income household and paying copays/coinsurance for each of these appointments. Or that I am immunosuppressed and shouldn’t be exposed to winter season viruses.
This is an appointment farm. This doctor does not give a rats behind about my best interests. Thanks for nothing, klatt.

Scheduled a physical with blood work with Kimberly Klatt. Came to find out I was not getting that DURING the apt. They called the day prior to say they wouldn't be carrying my insurance. Doctor and NP were not understanding or caring in any way. The doctor threatened to cancel my blood work request if I didn't follow up with her specifically, which was concerning since they wouldn't be carrying the insurance shortly after anyhow. The paperwork you come in 30 minutes early for will essentially be your entire apt if you're a new patient. I was asked the exact same questions three times through the initial paperwork, NP questions, and the doctors questions. Waste of time. Could have all be done electronically through a patient history portal of sorts. People don't have free schedules to come as they please, we set aside time for a visit where we didn't even get what we scheduled. This all could have been one apt and a phone call, but they insisted on scheduling three different appointments for a physical and blood work.

Go here because I like my Dr, but there is little else positive to say about the office. I was 5 minutes late to an appointment due to coming from 30 minutes away and forced to reschedule an appointment that takes 5 minutes. The fact that they don't allocate more than 5 minutes for an appointment slot is concerning because sometimes life happens and it's hard to take off work for another appointment. This office has zero empathy. I'm not saying I wasn't late, I was 5 minutes late and willing to sit and wait for an opening. Staff doesn't have to be so rude about it. I really do like my dr, but it's really hard to continue to do business with unprofessional staff. If you are looking for a new doctor, don't go here.

I went with my partner and had the worst medical experience of my entire life. Kimberly Klatt is a crook and her staff is incompetent. They just want your money, they don’t give a damn about you. They will waste your time. Go anywhere else and you will have a better experience. 2.9 stars is too high.

The receptionist was friendly, kind and patient with me. The Medical Assistant to Dr Sullivan was friendly, patient and kind to me. Dr Stacy Sullivan was kind, patient, attentive and listened to me. She was not rushing me and was very thorough on her exam of me. I highly recommend Dr Sullivan as a primary care doctor. I am grateful to find her to be my primary care physician. The girl that checked me out smiled, was patient and efficient with setting up my next visit with Dr Sullivan. Overall a 5 STAR New Patient visit.
