Unbelievable how this place doesn't take me serious they customers service is very poor. Although Dr Miguel is one the best doctor
that i ever had. So I am cook I got blisters all over my breast and stomach from working a grill station. The heast on this station is way too high for my body. Work gave me 4 days restrictions. They couldn't do more. In order for me to have a permanent restrictions they said I have to have accommodations paper file and sign by primary care doctor. I brought the paper since last Wednesday they said they will call me when it's ready although I told them I will need it by Monday. Since last Wednesday I've been calling it never ready . Every time I called they said it's the nurse she doesn't answer they will leave urgent message for her to contact me. Nothing hasn't been done. I called today Nothing. Today makes it 8 days.

After 11 years of being a patient they drop BCBS and basically tell you that you're on your own...no referral to a new provider, no advance notice, nothing. Since the 2 PA's Garcia and Mestre left, this office is no longer attractive to me, the best providers just leave. Time to travel outside of Poinciana for Primary Care.

I've gone to this location for 4 years mostly because of convenient location. I dont havevto wait long to be called in. The office staff is respectful and friendly. 3 doctors have left the practice.
The doctor I see seems to care but I get the feeling he's going through a mental check list. I tried the NP once. She was nice but too quick to give me a diagnosis before hearing me out. She was wrong.
I called for a sick appointment twice in 4 years. I have never gotten a same day appointment and the person answering the phone didn't ask why I wanted a sick appointment and didn't offer any options other than suffering for 3 days. I found an Urgent Care location instead.

I have been with this medical company for many years. It has changed names throughout the years and I have always received the best care a patient can ask for.
Dr Gomez and the staff have been very attentive and courteous. Thank you to the assistant nurse who cared for me in an emergency, her quick response to my phone call avoided my going to an emergency room at a hospital.

My provider Miguel Mestre, was very professional, answer all my questions. The best is that he take his time to hear my concerns.

My experience was horrible, for the very first time I feel like a Dr. does not care about my health, Dr. Garcia, Anita to be specific. I am very upset about today’s visit, and it didn’t even last 5 minutes. Did not even ask when was the last time I’ve had a physical exam, no labs or anything. I had report to her I have been feeling anxious and depressed and needed to be referred to a Mental health center and no referral was given, again did not care about my well-being. Never coming back for sure.

I’m giving this review on behalf of my husband. We usually see Dr.Annita Garcia she is amazing cares for you and will make sure you get the right referrals. This review is for the young guy at the front desk. He does not care if you are sitting there for an hour! Does not check with the doctors will sit there and not care unless you go up to him and complain after 30 mins. He is lost and there is always a miscommunication with him. He should pay more attention to the patients that walk in there. We have a life and don’t have all day to sit in there waiting on him to follow up with doctors.
