Have been a patient here for more than 15 years. Never had a problem until recently. After the wellmed buy out of Optum i was in need of doctor visit for 3 injuries beginning in early November 2024. I was denied access because i was not in their system anymore. After weeks of misinformation, denial and other hassles i was allowed to see a LPN only and fill out all new paperwork and then told i would get to see a doctor weeks after that. Finally got to talk to a manager whor explained i was booted out of their system due to a duplicate screwup after or during buyout. Here i am months later after going to the ER 5 times for treatment because Optum was totally uncooperative (and still is), Asked for doctor appointment, got appointment and guess what...no doctor for me, got to see an LPN only again. Needed referrals for ortho treatment, LPN was to take care of that and despite leaving a message a week later as to status...no reply. Not surprised. November injuries and now it is Jsnuary. I was also told that my medicare advantage plan requires visits every 6 months and since i had not been there in a long tine that was probably why i had to start over. Never had the advantage plan, i have always had the top rated supplement plan and there is no every 6 months requirement needed. FYI i am a disabled senior. I feel mistreated, discriminated against ignored and now i am searching for a professional family doctors office. I called corporate to describe how i have been treated and they did not even bother to ask for my name nor did they care about my issues with Optum. I do not balme the LPN or any doctors at Optum and not sure why everythig has been such a hassle.

My wife and I have been going to this facility for over 10 years. I have seen all the changes and not all have been positive. However I am very happy with the staff. I recently had a panicky situation with my wife and PA Mindi showed exceptional patience and helped me with my anxiety. Stacey at the front desk is very polite and helpful. will continue to work with this facility.

Dr. Rivera has been my doctor for many years, and I have always had a positive experience with her. I see her every three months, and today was my scheduled appointment. I checked in and waited in the examination room for 30 minutes. The doctor's assistant took my vital signs and other routine measurements. Unfortunately, I was then informed that the clinic no longer accepts my insurance and that I would need to find another healthcare provider. I am understandably upset about this situation.

Have to call on prescription every month and still do not get until most times a day later. In 5 months it went from the 4th of every month to the 11th. Called again the 11th and still nothing I just changed doctors office. Seriously I can see why they have a low rating.

Dr. Nadia Rivera is awesome. However, I’ve been going there for over 10 years and the quality of care from the practice and staff has declined with each sale or name change of the company. Now they don’t take commercial insurance and no notification was received. They sent a form letter but neither my husband or I received it. Which has been the case for 5 years. The bills make it to us, but the form letters keep going to an old address. Unprofessional is an understatement.

If I could leave a NEGATIVE STAR, I would. Trying to make an appointment with them for the past year was horrible. I was cancelled 4 times. I called today and was told that they no longer take my insurance, with no letter/email advising of the changes. So now after having Dr. Rivera as my primary doctor for the past 9 years (No complaints about her, she was always great), I have to search for a new doctor. I heard up would have been great. The office responded when I asked with, "oh I was under the impression letters were sent out, I apologize". The worst place ever. I hope Dr. Rivera leaves that practice like the other doctors did.

Terrible communication - my appt was canceled with no reason why, I thought it was a scheduling thing until I tried to reset the appt and they told me my dr was no longer there and they don't take commercial insurance. With ZERO notice. I've been established with the same dr for my entire life and I've followed her everywhere and now I have no idea if she left because of this dumb office or if she retired. Who knows but with so many medications now I have to scramble to figure this out. HORRIBLE.

The office staff are horrible. This place is getting worse. I have had so many issues dealing with the office staff its ridiculous. I had a follow up appointment scheduled with my doctor. And days before the appointment they always call to reschedule and it’s always two months later!! Today they called again and said they need to reschedule due to training in the office and can’t see me for another two months!! For a follow up! It will be 6+ months or more just to follow up with my doctor from December’s appointment! Dr. Rivera is great but the front office is horrible, I wish my doctor would start her own practice. It’s time I finds a reliable doctors office who cares about their patients. Apparently this place can’t seem to work training around appointments! Highly recommend not coming here!
