Today, "Dr." Divita spent my time defending the other bad doctors and actively trying to irritate a cancer patient with mental illness, for the benefit of his god complex. He charged my insurance to not do anything but argue. No ears, throat, heart, lungs... Just defending his other doctors like a lawyer, for my cancer. I didn't want to go in the first place. If they talk down to you, just take it. If you confront them, they get worse.

I have been so pleased with the care and staff in this office. They are kind, caring, courteous and very professional. Yara is amazing!! She is so attentive and thorough. Dr. Hagerty is amazing. He really listens and cares about my concerns. Antonio (Tony) was awesome at getting my referrals and following up with me and my wife. I'm so thrilled we made the switch to Optum. I know the staff works hard and could be frazzled from all the demands put on them daily, but I so appreciate each one and the job they do. Thank you!!

Dr. Johnson is amazing! She is everything anyone would want in a Primary Care Physician - Kind, caring, patient, understanding, compassionate, intelligent, personable, and she really listens to her patients! There is nothing better! The entire staff at DaVita-Palmetto, from the other physicians, to the P.A, nurses, lab and front office staff are professional, caring, and efficient. They are an unbeatable team! I am grateful to have found this practice for my Primary Care.

This office is terribly disorganized. Make sure to follow up with your referrals. They lost some of my new patient paperwork too. The new girl at the front lied to me and when I called regarding referrals, I asked for a manager she put me on hold for 10 mins, I had to call back and speak to another person who gave me the information. Took about 6 phone calls, 45 mins of waiting.

My husband had a curbside visit in Palmetto at Optum Care Friday. Because of the virus everything is more complicated but the staff was great. In spite of a lot of extra work like .sanitizing, changing gowns, gloves and , dealing with electronics they were still kind and professional. Dr. Johnson on the I-pad visit was wonderful . Would like to thank all of you for your professionalism, kindness and patience in a difficult situation...You never missed a beat....Thank you, great job.

My grandma was a patient here for many years and I've been one for about 2 years. I love this office. All of the staff have been so nice and helpful. Everything seems very organized there.
