If you are looking for a doctors office that cares about their patients I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere!! Beware, if you are a patient here and they no longer take your insurance. They will not think twice about leaving you high and dry. They will not see you anymore and will not refill your prescriptions. You are dead to them. It is apparently because of "policy". Which is another way of saying, we care more about making sure we get our money than giving you care. This is exactly the type of place that gives heath care a bad name.

No consideration from a few people who work there regarding the lot. One feels they can park any where because they (know) the owner. Yet they don't park in the parking spaces directly in front of their office but this creates issues for our clients & employees who need to park in front of our office. This has been going on for at least two years with attitudes from the staff when asked politely..

Update: the Parking police who was going to give a violation because our COMPANY CAR was parked directly in front of our office. I kindly went out & asked what's the problem?

Barney Fife who looked like he just came from a hot bingo game was very taken back & startled just asked about our vehicle & that it needed to be moved so the guys can come a trim the tree next to it.

Funny, no other cars that were parked in this WHOLE PARKING LOT had to move when these toothpick trees were being trimmed last week. Lest see if a certain Chevy parks in that spot to receive a violation? Such silly grown human beings being petty with parking spaces. Especially when they have no consideration for their fellow tenants & clients to other offices except their own.

Update December 2024. All the employees so far with the exception of (ONE) with the silver Chevy Traverse have been nice enough not to park in our spots for our clients & employees. The ONE with the chevy Feels Entitled to keep parking her vehicle in front of our office out of spite. Great work example for your fellow employees & human Beings.

The doctor was nice. But the blonde front office girl has a attitude. She is extremely rude. I think she hates her job. I will no longer be coming here. Every time I have to deal with her she makes it difficult to make an appointment, she takes a very long time to send over scripts etc. Also, this place is old school on how they send documents. Don't bother asking for something to be emailed. It must be faxed. My money can go elsewhere.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Made up of friendly employees. My doctor who I missed to see due to my emergency appointment from yesterday. I could have been there but I had a dental treatment they would have taken me. Feeling so sad that my Dr is retiring. A very likable compassionate physician , like a father figure but funny. That's why employees all seems nice to each other. No tension amongst. So glad to be with DaVita in this group.

If we could give them 10 stars we would. Since the first time we brought my 83 year old Mom here they have treated her like family. I've never seen a more caring group of medical professionals. They continually go above and beyond to make sure she is being taken care of, from setting appointments, to confirming medications, to sending someone to check in on her when she was in skilled nursing, to making arrangements for wheelchair and oxygen upon her discharge. Christine and Shirley are laser focused on making sure all her needs are met, quickly and easily.

Mom has been hospitalized several times, and been in skilled nursing rehab, and they continue to stay on top of her health. When you have an elderly parent with multiple health issues, you obviously worry about her medical care. With this team, I don't have to worry. No matter what we need, or how quickly we need it, everyone is thorough and on the ball. Edie even made my Mom a birthday card!

They always return my calls immediately and I've never had to wait for them to handle anything we need. I've never written a review for a primary care group before, but then again I've never seen a primary care group as awesome as these folks. Even though we've moved Mom to Tampa, she's going to continue to go here because I cannot imagine any other team being as good!

The ladies are all exceptional...friendly, courteous and extremely responsible. Each take their duties serious and are very pleasant and personable. The nurse practitioner is knowledgeable and answers inquiries to our utmost satisfaction. We love the staff...and the nurse practitioner is friendly and provides us with information relating to our visit with explanations and advice we understand. We give this reliable staff an A+!!!

This location is a short distance from my home. All the employees, including the physicians have been kind, prompt, understanding and make me feel very special. Their Covid policies were excellent. If I have a question or concern, all it takes is a quick phone call and either get an answer immediately or a quick call back. Referrals are timely sent in and follow up is prompt. I could not be happier with my choice of this office!

It was very good to meet Dr. Uzma Kewan! I will miss Dr. Venkataram as I have been his patient for 16 years.
I always enjoy my contacts with the entire staff and Kristine Bamford, ARNP. My lab results are always thoroughly gone over and they always ask if I have any concerns. I had an appointment today with Dr. Kewan and got my flu shot and left happy because the staff is so nice to talk to.
